I hear Helander injured again and to see specialist I believe his contract runs out next summer. If we get Bazoer I think we would move Helander on but might be difficult with his injury record.

2million to him as a signing on fee and £35k a week is a good deal when there is no transfer fee involved . It just means the money is going to him and not another club . I would do it whether Bassey goes or not, there is plenty of scope for recovering part of his wages by getting rid of Helander or Katic and Simpson.

Those seeing the 2 million as an issue is questionable. The guy would cost us probably at least 10 million in the current market. 2 million and wages mentioned would be a steal for us. Plays here a couple years and will get decent offer. Bazoer would be an upgrade on any CB in the country. He has the defensive qualities of Hellander but has better technical ability than Goldson. Started as a CM at Ajax so is comfortable with the ball at his feet and very comfortable stepping out with the ball. Would be our best bit of business by a mile. Watched this guy a lot when he was at Ajax and he is quality.
