Story in the press that Tillman is going to Stuttgart for £6million, so after Bayern pay us our £1.6 compensation they only make £4.4 million. I thought they weedled out of our deal because they wanted more that the agreed £5million . It doesn`t make sense to me.

Well if he didn`t want to come to us then the deal would have been off, they wouldn`t have needed to compensate us in any way. As you all say we cannot force him to come here so why did they have to pay us anything?

There are a few people on here who seem close to the club, so I thought I`d ask if anyone knows why nobody on the board has reached out to David Holmes and invited him back to the club . He was our saviour back in the late eighties until Murray forced him out . It would be a nice gesture to invite him back before its too late.

I didn`t mean invite him back to work in some capacity but the guy has not been back to Ibrox since he was forced out by Murray. He did nothing wrong he was just a victim of the takeover so it would be nice if the club acknowledged his role in our history by inviting him to a game as a VIP . I know he is 91, that was kind of my point .

Interesting to read that Leeds and Southampton are being linked with Glen Kamara . A Leeds web site reporting that he would be available for a " bargain" £5 million. Just shows that others sometimes rate our players higher than we do.

Don’t think any doubts Kamara would be a bargain at £5m if he shows up to be the player he can be. That’s the big if though and the good performances were too few and far between unfortunately in recent times.

If he goes for £20m we would get another £2.25 m so £7.25m for a player who cost £50k not too bad atall considering the service he gave us aswell.

Watching AZ last night I noticed Bazoer come on as a sub. Commentator said he was from the Ajax academy and had been signed from Vitesse . It looks like he didn`t get his move to a bigger club than Rangers and I`m surprised that AZ were able to meet the wage demands being quoted.

Don`t think there was a problem with his visa, its just that he signed on Friday which is too late to play on the Sunday . He`s been away playing with his national team so hopefully he will be fit and available to play.

One of the rags reported this morning that Gillespie was about to be appointed but walked away at the last minute just to make it look negative from our point of view . Stormtrooper, it doesn`t matter what he wants, he is under contract to Newcastle . They may even be prepared to sell him at the right price when they can buy a replacement or use the money elsewhere but, my point is, they aren`t going to weaken their squad and loan him out when there is no benefit to them except saving wages. Knowing the Turks they probably want Newcastle to pay a percentage of his wages too. A bunch of chancers.

Haven`t seen anything to suggest Diomande should start at No10,he creates nothing, doesn`t possess a goal threat and doesn`t press . Bajrami at No.10 and Cortes on the left wing for me . Diomande maybe to start in place of Raskin but even that's debatable considering how poor he was against the other mob. He was probably our worst player in that game.

Bad refereeing cost us the Champions League slot. We were never going to beat Kyiv playing with 10 men for 40 minutes. Maybe if that hadn`t happened you could argue about the stadium having an impact.

Can`t be bothered by all these worst ever comments, worst ever start, worst ever team, worst ever defeat by the other mob. Its all rubbish and if you check your history you will find none of this is true . I seem to remember, and I could be wrong, that we didn`t win any of our first five games in Mo Johnstons first season and hardly scored a goal. Even Sir Walters teams used to have ropey starts, it happens. We have just had a massive turnover of players in the squad, which everybody wanted, so patience will be required.

Barron would be a good mentor for our young players? He is just a boy himself and new to our club, he should be getting mentored not being one. As for Dessers, don`t really want him to be a leader, just want him to be a goalscorer, the guys is lucky to get a game never mind expecting him to lead others. Tav got pelters for Sunday as did Butland and Propper and Diomande, all probably rightly but Dessers missing good chances and his hopeless hold up play was a massive factor in the defeat. Why we didn`t take the money on offer for him, I`ll never know.

How can you say he`s a better option than McCausland and Fraser based on seeing him for 10 minutes . McCausland was our best forward during the 45 minutes he was on at the piggery. I hope Igamane is good but let's play him as striker his proper position. If we play Jefte and Fraser, I think we might see Robbie as the winger with Jefte behind him.
