May have another rumour for tomorrow regarding a certain defensive midfielder from Scandinavia as a long term successor to Davis but I want to make sure it's concrete before posting names for obvious reasons.

Played for Molde tonight against HJK so might be iffy for us in Europe but the rumour is. Sivert Mannsverk is on the radar and was told he was being scouted at the game tonight and is worth €5m and we could have competition from Bologna and EPL sides.

@John27 the issue with Europe is he played against HJK in their CL quali tonight so not sure how it works if we qualify into the group stages and Molde don't but you'll know more than me on that.

@TT I'm just a regular fan like everyone else on here and passing on what I hear and humble enough to accept I might be fed a nugget of gold or a chippy newspaper and my sources and contacts are through youth coaching with some having links to Ibrox and others with clubs around Europe.

Hun1 - it’s not really regarded as foreigners, from a squad of 25 4 need to be trained in Scotland for 3 years between the ages of 15-18 and 4 need to be club trained for the same period.

Same if a player plays in group stage can be transferred to another team still in Europe and be eligible after group stage over.

They need to be trained in Scotland as Copland says.

So as I say engage, in etc are classed as non Scot’s ie foreign as per uefa.
