Apparently Clement close to agreeing a deal with a Saudi Club according to Saudi journalist, is it possible he's used our interest in him to get more from the Saudis? all speculation atm but we need the club to install a manager before the hibs game imhoĺ.

I’m happy with Muscat as well it’s not the end of the world if we don’t get Clement. Muscat will bring us fast attacking football which is what we need domestically. My only concern with Muscat would be if we had to wait til the end of the Japanese season to get him.

I would imagine the Saudis have offered a lot more than us anyway, wouldn't think he needs to use us as leverage. I just hope that if he doesn`t want the job, he indicates that before he is offered it rather than waiting and then turning it down. We don`t want the guy who does get it to be second choice.

If it is Muscat then I’d really like there striker Anderson Lopez, obviously as you look into muscat team Yokohama you then start looking at players that would in a ideal world make a difference to your team. He’s someone I rate. I wonder if the hold up in announcing the manger is waiting to see if clement says yes. I’m just speculating ? I know nothing but I’m starting to wonder if Muscat is the fall back guy. It’s quite a weird time tbh wondering who outta the 2 is going to be announced.

I think tho I’m just like everyone I want clement but if it’s Muscat so be it. I know it’s a huge decision that can’t be understated because it’s going to have a huge impact on our future and the levels we can reach, we somehow someway need to rail Celtic back in because there almost out of sight in every way, but it is possible. I’d love it if everyone was just happy on these chats and were talking about good things.

Anyway I’m backing the new manager whoever it is 100%, like everyone I just want a winning Rangers I can be proud of with good memories. I must be really boring to read lol ?.

I find it very unlikely he will want to go to Saudi, obviously that's my personal opinion but I heard off a journalist on a YouTube channel his kids are older now and his wife will be going with him on his next club, would his wife want to go to Saudi? Would Clement think he has a better chance of top job doing well in Saudi or Scotland? Some guys it's not all about cash, this guy doesn't seem like a guy to put his feet up for the cash, meant to be a winner, could be talking utter nonsense but Scotland with us or Saudi for cash? No brainer for me if it's about furthering career aspirations.
