Feel a bit strange about Stevie G leaving- its a great opportunity for him in the biggest league in the world however i feel a bit let down by him- I thought more of him on a personal level.

said long ago i believe paterson sale was agreed, that's why such a talented player hardly sees a jersey. don't be surprised if he's away first thing. could of course be wrong. but in my experience something very strange going on with what many would consider one of our most talented players. i simply never bought into the learning his trade story. he learns on the park with his talent. i think there's been an agreement to keep him under wraps for someone else, we will see.

Difficult one with patterson. We all want him to play but for all his defensive faults Tav is captain and main source of goals. Could have given him more against lesser teams but to be honest we've struggled in most of those games too. Only other way is to move Tav up and play them both but don't know how that would work.

Is that for him to leave him frustrated on the Aston Villa bench for the next 18 months? If he never seen him good enough to displace Tav then surely he's not good enough for the spfl?

I think Patterson will decide himself what's the best option for his career.
It might be staying at Rangers or taking the money to be 1st or even 2nd choice RB at any club that comes calling.
Young talent is always in demand.
