Most people I ask think SG was or is a liar on his approach or when it came from Villa and other soundbites he's rehashed since leaving but I genuinely felt his grief at the passing of Walter was and is genuine. Bearing that in mind do yous think he'll attend the memorial thus week I for one would be gutted if he didn't.

In light of what has happened, it would be in bad taste for him to show face, I believe his remorse at the death of Walter was genuine, but, as someone else has said, it would turn into a circus, and that would be totally unfair to Wlaters Family.

A bit petty is it not guys. There was genuine emotion at the gaffer's passing, but, like John, I believe that he won't want to take the chance of it turning into a circus. I'm convinced he would want to be there but won't take the chance. Rightly so.

I understand there's still some anger but the memorial is about Walter and SG should be allowed to attend if he wants to but think he'll maybe feel his attendance would perhaps put the spotlight on him as for Friday let's celebrate the life of a great Ranger and a great man who was taken way too early.
