Might be controversial but I'm not sure we need an orange strip anymore, doesn't look good in 2023 although of course it'll sell to a certain market. The pink goalkeeper top from last season, that would have been a belter with navy shorts and socks. Or the sky blue training top from this season. Both better options in my opinion and might help us move on from some of the image issues which continue to tarnish our image. Either way, hope whatever comes out is better than the leaked image with the badge in the centre.

Totally agree mate.
However traditional etc comes into it. We could throw in a tribute to our history of Dutch contingent as we done back in the day when “der goalie” wore the orange top in cup final.
It’s always going to be about same as the other mob with the shamrock and all that carry on.
It is still part of history so hard to drop, esp commercially as that’s some of what appeals to some sponsors sales wise.
But personally I agree ??.

Have to disagree. It's an absolute better and I love the badge in the middle. I reckon it will be our best seller. Castore have produced 3 superb strips this year and you only have to look at the monstrosity of the kits over the city to see that Adidas don't produce great kits. Whether you agree with the colours or not all our kits will be great sellers.

You don’t need to be in the orange order or attend it to like an orange rangers top. Horrendous opinion the crowd who like it will be people who like the colours and design. Stop trying to make out fans are in any crowd for liking it.

Agree Ibrox4me. The orange thing is a stain on our club. I couldn’t care less about events over 300 years ago. Nowt to do with football imo.

I’m forgetting no roots ? The colour orange was never in our roots. Blue, red, white and black when you take the Govan borough into account.

I agree with the nod to our Dutch players. But there’s another undertone. It’s my opinion so it’s not anyone else’s issue and no one has to agree, makes zero odds to me. I just think we’re pandering but if you don’t agree, no odds to me.

Think it's loud in a good way. Very similar to one in bygone days of yore. There is blue stripes also.
Would like to see if a red and blue horizontal stripes would put the mix In. Probably be court case as they own the look lol. Reading a lot of threads about Motherwell/ Palace tops, global takeover by the Masons. This propaganda dung is different level.

NRD I'm not overly keen on the home hopefully it's a grower, love the white and the new orange and blue stripes definitely think they will sell loads, not seen their tops but personally I'd love to go back to adidas, loved their strips.

I agree OP, the use of the orange strips doesn't sit wonderful with me. Not interested in the Orange order and don't think politics, historical or otherwise should come into sport. Just my opinion and no harm to all you fellow Gers fans that think opposite. Haven't liked any of the recent orange strips, now having said all that I reckon this one might be a belter ?.

There’s a difference between the club’s roots and the staunch bigotry that still exists in a fraction of our support, and the problem is generational. That’s the element there’s no need for in this day and age. I however happen to like the orange strip as a football top.

Personally i love the ranger55 blue white n red will always be worn and those colours are everywhere around my house there ain't no green in my house never has been and there never will be green in my house but i do love the combination of black and orange together gers bring out a black or orange top that's what i buy but as i said personally i thing the tops should be blue home a mix of red and white for away and if they bring out a 3rd 1 it should be a pinkish colour for the ladys and young girls to have a choice of a feminine colour to wear with ranger55 crest etc.
