Clean slate for everyone. but:-
Clement
My ambition is to create a team with the best technical, tactical, physical and mentality in the league.
I am aware this will take a lot of hard work.
I want players who are not afraid to fail and mistakes, it is part of football you will not be perfect - it is all about the reaction after.
I don't expect Saturday to be the perfect game, but we can then work on what we need to improve.
If you have the 50,000 here behind us we become so much stronger, it is very important to create synergy between fans and players.
The fans have so much power when they get behind the team in a positive way.
I want to win everything. This is the mentality I have and want to create more and more winners in our dressing room.
Clement will do for me?⚪️?.

I hope with the mistakes comment more players will attempt through passes or balls over the top or take on shots too much pass the buck in last managers team

Side to side to side to side back back back side side side then launch hopeful ball into box

It was dreadful stuff much rather a player take a risk try something take man on shoot or through ball

?This is what Clement means.

Talk is cheap but all you can in press conference is talk and with that in mind I thought the new gaffer and Bisgrove both talked very well and very clearly about vision and how we will achieve our goals. A very good start!

its a pity ibrox usually falls silent 10 mins into the game, and believe me that affects every players confidence, at ibrox you can hear everything, every scream, every howl, its very intimidating when silent, strangely its easier fir most when its bouncing,

Agreed tomb but when after 10 mins of sideward and back passing it’s hard to sing and cheer the team on when it’s the same auld p##h.

We were unbeaten in the season that was C.V. the stadium was very silently then ?.

For the last couple of seasons fans lost the will to live after about ten minutes
Goldson to Lundstram back to Goldson slips it across to Davies he knocks it to Barasic, Borna then moves forward 5 yards quickly turns and passes it back to Davies, repeat .
Hopefully we can break this football negativity and then the fans might get excited cause after all they’ve spent good money to be there, so here’s hoping .

Rangers fans have to play their part in improving the displays on the park by getting behind the team rat
her than constantly berating players.

once again you completely miss the point

theres a world of difference having a silent stadium

and a silent stadium with 59k people watching

a world of difference.

Significantly, there weren't any boos during the C.V. season either, therefore it could be argued that the team would rather play in an empty stadium than in one where the players are roundly booed. I can understand frustration but when will it ever sink in that booing players will never ever make them perform better. Encouragement is surely the way to give the players the platform to bust a gut to succeed. Anyhoo, we'll see what happens on Saturday.
