Read an article last night suggesting we've not even formally spoken to Cartwell, which would seem bizarre if true. Originated from Scott Burns.

Any chat on Pitu links - just speculation?

I think Baccus should be a focus. High energy midfielder who is already in Scotland. Any word on our interest there?

Played football with an ex rangers employee on Saturday and for what it’s worth he said that the pre contract has been signed by cantwell and we are negotiating a fee . Wether it’s true or not, who knows!
This guy has gave us information before and was always 100% spot on although he worked at ibrox at the time. hopefully he still has sources from higher ups within ibrox and this info is also spot on.

Sir Walter read that Pitu already gone elsewhere for £1.75m. From memory it was a French club. Shame as he looked a good player.
