What is it with the constant one-upmanship from a select few on here? Someone posts something they've heard and like vultures the usual few are straight in there putting them down, or ridiculing them, or calling them a Tim. Who gives a damn if you read something before a poster posts what they hear. Does calling them out make you feel special? Are you proud of yourself?
"How dare you have an opinion from me, don't you know how important and special I think I am? You are a Tim! Hey everyone, look at the Tim! " That behaviour is all too common on here too.
Some of you are really quite pathetic. This used to be a great place to come and read rumours, get insights and see grown-up conversation. Nowadays that's completely overshadowed by a pathetic self-righteous few.

I think you'll find when posters post obvious BS it gets called out, and rightly so. Or when a brand new poster posts for the first time, and goes all out Rambo and gives it both barrels.
If you know this site, then you'll also know that this place is inundated with new posters, who all of a sudden, appear during the summer transfer window and post rumour after rumour after rumour, with most, if not all, BS. And guess what? When the season starts there's no sight of them then. We'll, until the January transfer window, that is. It's been happening for years.
So, please spare us your faux outrage, and if it's too much for you, then maybe the site isn't for you. Have you tried the Rangers media site? They're much more laid back, and accommodating, on there! ?.

Looking at where the team is heading based on our signings so far this summer I can't work out what good looks like for us.
We've so far brought in 3 forwards (Lammers Desserts and Sima) that don't actually score goals. I don't rate Butland at all (9 England caps, so what? Only 2 were in competitive games) and I think McCrorie is a far better option.
Defence is shocking bar Souttar and Yilmaz unless we are comparing how the defence plays again the likes of St Mirren or Motherwell, then they all look great.
Midfield is a positive, it's strong and our best players were all free or potentially free with a small fee paid to get them early, Lawrence, Cantwell, Raskin and Dowell. Matondo, was a complete waste of money, I don't understand him at all and I genuinely think Lawrence and Cantwell will keep Lammers out of the starting XI, he'll end up being a bench warmer by autumn. That said Alfie, Kent and Abrasive were all played when they shouldn't have been so he'll probably play even if shouldnt. Sima's isn't that good, it's plain and simple, and I think his loan will be cancelled and he'll be off in January. Cifuentes should walk it in our league so hopefully he'll be a great addition.
But removing the rubbish from the team, it leaves us with. I don't know what.
There are far more negatives than positives IMO at the moment.
This started off being more positive but the more I analyse everything the worse it gets. I'm not interested in and Tim insults here, positive people try and changey mind.

I wonder if MB has heard of the saying build from the back? Our defence is nowhere near the quality needed for the CL. If by some miracle we qualify it's going to be a repeat of last year with an embarrassing goal difference. So sad.

We were woeful tonight especially at the back but I am more concerned about how we defend as a team centre backs actually haven't been that bad but our Full backs have been shocking and the protection from the midfielders has been non existent.

Try make a good run out of that as we’re not a champ league team anymore and haven’t been from dick advocaat was in charge.
Times have changed and if we want t enjoy supporting rangers then Europa is our level and what we want this season at least.

Jzer I think it's the system that's the problem. They're doubling up constantly on the wing backs. Tav and barasic are also at their best when they are getting high up the field haven't seen that at all yet as we seem to want to sit and defend.

I can't remember who said it but it was on here that Tav, Davies and Barasic all need to go. I agree, it's time for a fresh look at the back. I genuinely think that if Tav wasn't captain he wouldn't play as much we'd have seen Paterson kept and take his place.

Serious question, if the Saudi's are throwing crazy money at glamour signings why would they entertain the likes of Tav and Goldson? Neither are even remotely of a similar stature to the Ayers going over there this summer.

He didn't play well against a good German team. Most of our team last season couldn't play well against the dross that fills the Scottish leagues. I'm sure he'll be just fine playing against the likes of Dundee or St Mirren.

He was dogmeat before we even signed him. He was poor last season and only half decent when he played in the Championship. He'll be a benchwarmer soon and have his loan terminated in January (with any luck) . Overrated EPL garbage.

I agree, I think a lot of kids will be looking at the stories of Lovelace, Weston and others and seeing that there's no development path and very likely no real prospect of them getting time in the first team. Most will see it as big risk to their career to come. Especially when they can have a far bigger chance of opportunities to play down South.
