Diomande loan will be made permanent.
Any idea if Cortes will?

Unionjack1

1.) 22 Apr 2024 11:05:19
I'd imagine given the injury the loan to buy will be renewed for a further season.

2.) 22 Apr 2024 11:38:38
I thought we already signed diomande on. Permanent deal 4.5 million in total I think it is?
It’s the Cortes deal that’s a loan with option to buy?

3.) 22 Apr 2024 12:35:41
Cortes is a must.

4.) 22 apr 2024 12:51:48
i really like cortez myself, been some time since we had a winger who can cut inside a hit a decent shot.

5.) 22 Apr 2024 13:07:22
Think diomande is on loan with obligation to buy at 5million euro next season.

6.) 22 Apr 2024 13:10:19
Has to be extended for another season I'd imagine, we never got to see enough of him and he has stayed with us while injured. Can't imagine we splash cash on him without a proper run of games. Looks a decent young player.

7.) 22 Apr 2024 13:51:58
Diomande is a smashing midfielder and he will be our player at the end of the season ?I also hope we sign our young loanee winger oscar cortes, as from what i've already seen of him, he looks a superb, young winger?I really like the look of cortes ?.

8.) 22 Apr 2024 14:15:27
Obligation to buy, been discussed hundreds of times.

9.) 22 Apr 2024 14:50:34
Cortes showed me enough in his short term playing that he’s a no brainer.

10.) 22 Apr 2024 15:29:20
Surely we have learned our lesson with signing injury prone players. Not saying Cortes will become one but surely the smart thing to do is renegotiate to a year loan with the same fee next summer, to make sure he’s the same player when he’s fit.

11.) 22 Apr 2024 15:44:39
The smart thing would be to put an obligation to buy this time and extend thr loan. Afyer all we splash money on guys like lammers before anyone has seen what theyd be like. Cortes is a no brainer unless you are happy to persist with matondo and wright.

12.) 22 Apr 2024 17:13:07
I think both will be signed.

13.) 22 Apr 2024 17:58:02
why not that is exactly how most transfers have happened for the 50 plus years.

14.) 22 Apr 2024 18:06:23
Both be signed in my opinion. It's not just as easy as to say let’s extend the by another year.

15.) 22 Apr 2024 18:10:14
An extension to the loan to buy deal is the best course of action for us. I've loved the look of what I've seen so far but have people not learned a thing the last few years wanting to jump in and pay a few million for a guy that's just had pretty serious knee surgery?

16.) 22 Apr 2024 18:43:25
I think Cortes will be signed permanently this summer. Don’t see why Lens would loan him to us for a season with an option to buy when they could probably sell him elsewhere if they wanted to.

17.) 22 Apr 2024 20:11:36
Hopefully due to his injury we can negotiate a deal for Cortes at a lesser amount than we originally agreed.

18.) 22 Apr 2024 21:15:46
Only way I see another loan is if we pay a decent loan fee with an option to buy so let’s say they want £5 million we pay £1.5-2 million for the years loan and if we want to keep him we need to hand over the other £3 million.

19.) 23 Apr 2024 15:14:13
Hyped to see this team next season

Attack

LW Cortes
CF Danilo
RW Sima

Midfield

CAM Diomande
LCDM Raskin
RCDM Sterling

Defence

LB Yilmaz
LCB? (not Souttar or Davies / Balogun will be away) A Quality new young lad.
RCB Goldson
RB Tavernier
GK Butland.

20.) 23 Apr 2024 16:43:47
We have signed diomande basically do people not know difference between option and obligation to buy this is done just to shift finances from one season to another and I think you will see this happen more at our club.

21.) 23 Apr 2024 17:22:37
Not easy to predict who will be in our starting 11 next season, but the focus is on our remaining fixtures.
Sima - excellent loan signing but can we afford to sign him permanently.
Cortes- looked good until he was injured ( maybe another loan deal) .
Danilo - unfortunately he has been injured for the majority of this season.
Lundstram- media reporting Ipswich are interested.
Raskin - rarely featured under PC.
Balogun- excellent v Hearts ( extend his contract? ) .
Hopefully we sign a LCB and another LB plus CF in the next transfer window.

22.) 23 Apr 2024 19:57:55
L/ H Sterling and Yilmaz fullbacks two new cb's.

23.) 24 Apr 2024 05:08:34
Your bang on there My star, was making up a team with more of the quality young players we have in the squad, Sterling is a deadset replacement for Tav until he moves on likely PC will continue to use Sterling in the numerous positions he can play, i reckon that has been
as a CDM.
Good to see your still around mate.
Cheers for the reply.

24.) 24 Apr 2024 20:06:15
Obligation does mean we need to buy but if we couldn't there would be a penalty amount we would need to pay. Also same goes the other way if they decide they don't want to sell. They would need to pay us a prior agreed penalty amount.

16 Apr 2024 07:57:49
Posted a while back asking if anyone had heard the bosmans we approached were represented by wasserman football agents. (Who we have a strong relationship with) .
Heard last night Callum O hare is one gathering pace. Rejected new deal at Coventry, represented by wasserman and in our wage bracket.

Unionjack1

1.) 16 Apr 2024 09:43:08
Good player and definitely 1 who could improve us.

2.) 16 Apr 2024 10:38:05
Mentioned o'hare weeks ago in what I thought was gd info from a friend, it wasn't, but in saying that, there might be something in it, also seen the mob were mentioning him too few days back.

3.) 16 Apr 2024 11:17:26
Given the number of players we NEED to lose and replace, I imagine at least 5 Bosmans and 2 or 3 loans.
Hope PC and co have already got a list?

4.) 16 Apr 2024 11:45:09
I suppose in regard to O'Hare only issue we have is Celtic want him as well, and if we're not in CL it might be the determining factor. Could be wrong.

5.) 16 Apr 2024 11:59:48
Bar I think loan market will need to be targeted very astutely.

6.) 16 Apr 2024 14:38:48
John is cortez resigning on loan a possibility.

7.) 16 Apr 2024 15:03:39
One Walter I’d like to think we sign him, however it maybe prudent ro tie up a loan with obligation to buy.

8.) 16 Apr 2024 18:58:57
Looking at EPL players that are available on Bosmans and given our need for an upgrade in a number of positions I wonder whether any of the following are worth a punt.

Could be wrong but is Nathan Ferguson and Will Hughes available from Crystal Palace. I watched Hughes against Liverpool and he doesn't take prisoners. He is also a better player than Lundstrum.

Ferguson is still young and a Centre Back, not sure if he has had injury problems.

Another option at centre back would be Fabian Schar, he is getting on a bit but he is a solid centre back.

Tomas Soucek at West Ham is another option for midfield, solid defensively and still only 29.

Last but not least, is Ali McBurnie an option up front. He is 27 and has to be an upgrade on anything we currently have upfront. He is also a massive Rangers Supporter which has to be a plus.

9.) 16 Apr 2024 19:20:02
Cortes is exactly the kind of winger we have been looking for. i'd be disappointed if we don't tie him down.

10.) 16 Apr 2024 21:53:07
The Southampton player rumour recently, thought to be Armstrong, could it be Che Adams who will be out of contract?

11.) 16 Apr 2024 22:31:38
Biggar I think adams could be a great replacement for Roofe. Similar type player with decent eye for goal.

12.) 16 Apr 2024 22:34:10
Was thinking that the other day Biggar, seen something about Adams, Fletcher and McBurnie, heid like a sieve, can't mind where though. Quite like Adams too.

13.) 16 Apr 2024 22:35:30
Bigger, it was Armstrong.

14.) 17 Apr 2024 08:37:37
John27 do you or anyone else know if the injury to Cortes has put doubt into the club singing him since they didn't get to see him as much as they would have liked to?

15.) 17 Apr 2024 11:22:34
Burt, given serious of injury I suspect there will be doubt, hence reason I say loan to buy obligation if he proves fitness.

16.) 17 Apr 2024 13:26:44
Cortez looks the part hopefully a loan can be sorted to free up cash elsewhere, another big rebuild does not help us but with so many out the door and others needing replaced right through the team we could be double figures in numbers going out and in.

17.) 17 Apr 2024 16:46:23
Is Nils Koppen not trying to reduce the average age of the squad? plus Schar and Soucek are probably on big wages.

18.) 17 Apr 2024 23:10:40
Copland, my understanding is that we are looking for a mixture of youth and experience. Soucek in particular would be a massive upgrade in what we currently have and he might happy to move for a lower wage if he was given a 3 year contract. Definitely a better option than Lundstrum.
We have to start signing better quality players with fight and the right mentality. Otherwise next season will just be another like this season and Celtic will move even further ahead.

19.) 18 Apr 2024 12:37:37
Fork, none of the hammer throwers in this league going to knock McBurnie about, he wants to come here .

20 Mar 2024 20:56:17
Homegrown talent is something we've looked into . Have heard whispers again re Connor Barron.
Lennon miller is not being looked at as to expensive.
Liam Kelly (GK) previously with the club.
Jack Mackenzie Aberdeen left back, unsure of interest.
Danny Armstrong and David Watson of Killie both affordable.

Unionjack1

1.) 20 Mar 2024 23:11:58
All believable, Lenton Miller will go for big bucks.

2.) 21 Mar 2024 07:56:19
Miller looks like he's going to be a great player, and with Barron this is my opinion, but I'd rather give rice more minutes and cole McKinnon

Our midfields decent unless we are letting lunny go that would be a big loss.

3.) 21 Mar 2024 09:00:28
All believable Union, I posted all these names in December with exception of Armstrong…

Add in Cameron.

4.) 21 Mar 2024 10:22:56
John, didn’t realise you had posted the names before my apologies.
I can recall you replying to my Barron post. Is it Innes Cameron from Killie?
I also heard we looked at Lewis Mayo for homegrown.

5.) 21 Mar 2024 11:30:26
Union no issue at all, u r just confirming what I had heard, couple good names in there I think, lyall Cameron Dundee.

We have a buy back clause re mayo. I’m not convinced he would be the standard required.

6.) 21 Mar 2024 12:22:39
Could be costly not going for Lenton Miller did we not pull out on a deal with Barron apparently. Would love miller Barron and Watson at ranger with rice and McKinnon they would all need to fight against each other for a spot on the squad/ starting 11.

7.) 21 Mar 2024 12:28:16
I'd like to see Armstrong with better players around him, to bring him on. I agree about the boy Watson.

8.) 21 Mar 2024 12:52:50
Why would Lennon Miller go for big bucks when he's only got a year left on his contract and can sign on a Bosman in 8 months?

9.) 21 Mar 2024 13:00:17
Liam kelly is no better than mcCrorie.

10.) 21 Mar 2024 13:50:09
Both Armstrong and particularly Watson look superb talents. I'd be delighted if we started to sign players performing very well in our league.

11.) 21 Mar 2024 15:49:11
Mayo is better than Davies in my opinion and he's played very well at Killie this season. Does anybody know what the buy is on him?

12.) 21 Mar 2024 16:50:36
Agree with that Paul, think John mentioned Daniel Bachman a few days ago, thought we were looking at him if I mind right?.

13.) 21 Mar 2024 17:56:49
Paul I wrote we wanted Kelly as a three, would he want that.

14.) 21 Mar 2024 17:58:32
I did fork.

15.) 21 Mar 2024 18:19:12
Good to be linked with young players currently playing in the SPL, but hopefully Bailey Rice makes the transition from the B team to the first team squad in the not too distant future.

16.) 21 Mar 2024 18:45:41
Aye mind u saying John, don't think Kelly would want to be a 3 John if he's a no 1, would be no use to him, but hey ho u never know?.

17.) 21 Mar 2024 19:49:00
Lennon Miller will go to EPL and he has a few options. Us and that other lot won’t match what he’s going to get financially down there.

18.) 21 Mar 2024 19:49:55
Watson coming and being loaned back to Killie could be clever business.

19.) 23 Mar 2024 01:57:34
Ideally we rear our own youngsters but it's very difficult to do that in such a tight league. Maybe a couple go out on loan like king and rice to get game experience.

20.) 25 Mar 2024 23:32:53
Don’t know if Kelly would want to be playing in the championship next season.

26 Jan 2024 21:04:03
Been passed on a couple of things.
1. Brighton, Brentford and Aston Villa are all ready to take Archie Stevens away from Rangers. He doesn't want to stay (Really disappointed at that)

2. We are still in the market for a striker.

Unionjack1

1.) 26 Jan 2024 22:39:04
Some of these youngsters want to play football at a high level. If he stays at Rangers he probably goes on loan to a Scottish championship team but going to England he progresses against top players in his own age bracket. Nobody can blame the lad.

2.) 26 Jan 2024 22:59:57
Yep Union Jack, said this couple weeks ago, stevens and Lovelace want back to England.

3.) 26 Jan 2024 23:27:26
Saw the boy Archie stevens for ten mins against queen of the south and thought he looked an absolute gem. Albeit 10 mins but liked the look of him. Can anyone who’s seen him regularly say if he’s a top talent or not as I’ve seen nothing more of him.

4.) 27 Jan 2024 00:39:44
Magic, Stevens is potentially a quality player. The crucial word here is potentially. Deboerloyal, what championship side did we loan McCausland to, or King, or Lowry or Lovelace, or any of our top academy prospects? If they want to go because of homesickness or whatever, let them go. Few come back to haunt us.

5.) 27 Jan 2024 00:44:28
Magic same about the qos game.

6.) 27 Jan 2024 06:19:58
They are played in the lowland league hubby.

7.) 27 Jan 2024 08:19:59
We don't play in the Lowland League.

8.) 27 Jan 2024 09:21:44
We did when Lowey, King and McCausland were coming through. All 3 played regularly in it.

9.) 27 Jan 2024 09:48:33
Ok Deboe just looks like a grammar thing no problem ?.

10.) 27 Jan 2024 09:52:41
Much more chance of them getting a proper chance down there.

11.) 27 Jan 2024 10:02:00
John227 I heard there was an attitude change from them towards playing in Scotland after they both got England youth call ups?

12.) 27 Jan 2024 10:17:08
Burt, probably, go look what we pay them,

13.) 27 Jan 2024 10:44:13
Hearing what you're saying John, learn the wage of some of the boys in the England set up and think i won't some of that, ruined many careers tho mate.

14.) 27 Jan 2024 11:00:14
I agree my star, but certain kids look around colleagues at rangers and compare.

Lowry 6k Dickson was on 4K, ishaka over 3 k

Lovelace Stevens Nsio gentles recently only gets very very small cash cash albeit rangers pay all their accommodation and food and certain other outlays.

15.) 27 Jan 2024 11:16:27
Rangers youth system has also ruined many careers Mystar. Many in the last 7 years have had a career at Ibrox.

16.) 27 Jan 2024 11:25:22
Won't be a better time to play in Rangers youth academy when pushing for first team than now. Clement has shown already with us and has shown throughout his management career that he will look to use our academy players before looking in the market for transfers. These lads would be exposed to not only a title challenging team but also European football. All played in front of 50k fans.

17.) 27 Jan 2024 11:57:31
Gofor how do u know they will get a better chance down their, there r kids in academy and under 21 struggling for games on 10 k a week

Young lads would do well to look at guys like Coombes who struggle to progress.

18.) 27 Jan 2024 12:23:09
Some have moved on from Rangers and had a good career or will have gofor, yes John agree.

19.) 27 Jan 2024 14:33:41
Their heads will have been turned by colleagues in the England squad. Wages will be higher and from the little that I have seen of Lovelace he certainly looks like a player that could have a good future at Rangers. Personally, I would rather we paid youngsters like this the money if that was all that was motivating them to leave, especially with our current management team.

20.) 27 Jan 2024 14:55:26
If Stevens wants to go and Brighton want him then so be it, get as big a fee as possible with a good sell on percentage, Brighton develop and sell on players for mega bucks so we can make some serious money in a few years . Actually Brighton would be a good club to forge some good links with, they quite often have good players needing loan time ala Sima.

21.) 27 Jan 2024 16:47:42
I know a guy who plays for Hornchurch in the isthmian league and he played against arsenal under 18s a few years back and said they had a boy on over 20K a week. That's crazy money.

22.) 27 Jan 2024 17:02:37
Bellshilll…you are right in some aspects but then again, we are crying out for a striker and a winger. If Steven’s and Lovelace were that good they would be getting their chance now. It’s a case of you are good enough then you’re old enough. I think both have the talent to be top players but throwing them in in the spl then they would get volllyed up and down by hatchet men. It comes down to the way the spl is and how football is perceived in Scotland. The youth set ups are shocking, the standard is nowhere near good enough to prepare youngsters for the first team. until the sfa get over their backwards views then nothing will change. And that’s for every club not just Rangers. Very little young players come through in Scotland. That’s why half our national team are English.

23.) 27 Jan 2024 17:12:16
John what's the craic with Ishaka? I had high hopes for the lad but rarely even see his name for B team.

24.) 27 Jan 2024 17:56:39
Will Lovelace go on a free surely we had him on a longer deal as he was looking really good whenever he played - like Archie if they want to leave nothing we can do but to get some cash and a sell on if poss would be best option ??????.

25.) 27 Jan 2024 18:48:03
Rabbi ishaka returning from injury, back in training, we beat Man City to this lad

Super ally u can’t sign under 18 on long term deals.

26.) 28 Jan 2024 00:14:11
The reason we lose these young players is the same reason we can get top youth Players from England and it’s the cross border rule where they can leave and only need to be development fees which are always less than £1m.
They need to be lucky or exceptional to get a chance in the 1st team. By lucky I mean players in their position being long term injured, or badly out of form while they are tearing it up at same time.
I think Clement will give them as much of an opportunity as any other manager if not more.
Ideally we loan them out to Scottish Championship sides and they flourish, then either get into squad or go to Scott Prem side on loan when they return.

14 Jan 2024 20:11:40
Have been told we have a real interest in Cameron Pring. Bristol city left back. Not sure if it's for this window or the summer window.

Unionjack1

1.) 14 Jan 2024 21:28:35
You have been told or seen it online lol
It's on quite a few sites I don't think it's the standard of player we should be looking at.

2.) 14 Jan 2024 21:58:11
Michael are you just saying that because he plays for Bristol City or have you seen him play?

3.) 14 Jan 2024 22:34:59
Michealc we are linked with a lot of players online. I have been told we have a confirmed interest in pring.

4.) 14 Jan 2024 23:23:33
Celtic got the most valuable player in Scotland from mk dons
Oriley is worth upwards of £25m by all accounts.

If that does for them Bristol city do for me.

5.) 15 Jan 2024 05:05:20
1690 on the end of your name in this day and age Jesus wept.

6.) 15 Jan 2024 07:33:48
There's a lot 9f that going on at the moment storm. Things will never change imo.
When I see a name like that I immediately think UB.

7.) 15 Jan 2024 08:20:12
Stormtrooper you said you hate celtic more than ever the other day. Should you be pulling anyone up after that comment?

8.) 15 Jan 2024 09:25:30
Maybe his birthday is 1st June 1990 ???.

9.) 15 Jan 2024 10:22:29
Herbert why is hating celtic, (although I'm not sure there's many things in the world I would use the word hate for) the same as using 1690 in a name. Celtic are our greatest rivals. Storm among many including myself have spoken out about sectarianism on this site and at our club. There's a huge gap in what you say.

10.) 15 Jan 2024 10:39:16
I actually thought it was white horse that said that Herbert but I could be wrong.

11.) 15 Jan 2024 10:47:06
Should maybe learn about the history if you consider 1690 to be sectarian.

12.) 15 Jan 2024 10:54:34
Regardless copland it has nothing to do with rangers imo. Considering it was nearly 200 years before we were formed. Is that enough history for you.

13.) 15 Jan 2024 11:07:57
There is absolutely nothing wrong in being proud of your culture and history. so you think every rangers fan who’s in the orange order is a bigot? Good way to alienate half the fanbase pal.

14.) 15 Jan 2024 11:10:30
Copland I actually like you as a poster but your comment about learning history is below your normal standard. Below is a description of the 1690 battle from a Google search.
"The conflict here would also take on the character of a sectarian and ethnic civil war between native Irish Catholics and Protestant settlers of English or Scottish descent".
Imo there is no need for all this 1690, tod the prod, and posters with their rangers are my religion and ibrox is my church nonsense. Rangers are a football team and people need to move on.

15.) 15 Jan 2024 11:13:18
The manager must get dizzy looking at all these left backs, so many now rumoured or made up by rockets online.

16.) 15 Jan 2024 11:26:29
WishyBear I've no idea who you are so give up the pal cr*p. I'm choosy about who, I call my pals. Did I say anything about the orange order.
Our club try really hard to move on, they post it before every game, some however refuse to move on. I too am Protestant but I don't need to shout about it or make up a stupid name to prove it. Time to move on and grow up.

17.) 15 Jan 2024 11:39:51
I have a brother and a nephew both in the order, neither of them would feel the need to put 1690 at the end of a username.

18.) 15 Jan 2024 11:49:54
Here here Jfm, its not the order, its the sideshow that latch on to it, my missus was catholic, kids at protestant primary and on 2 a catholic secondary, jeez Mrs stood 4 the Queen in Rangers Club, no place for any of that faff, makes me puke??.

19.) 15 Jan 2024 12:07:26
No such thing as a Protestant school, non denominational .

20.) 15 Jan 2024 12:07:42
I have been married 35 years and my wife is, Catholic, like you nothing against the order, the sideshow I agree is totally unnecessary but WishyBear tried to turn my comment into something else. I'm glad you read it for what it was.

21.) 15 Jan 2024 12:26:04
You are correct Al station, there's a good boy.

22.) 15 Jan 2024 12:38:15
Herbert what’s wrong with saying you hate your biggest rivals I do hate Celtic and everything they stand for. I am married to a celtic fan my step son is a celtic fan. I am not a bigot and Jfm has said I have called it out on here. It’s embarrassing you trying to pull me up because I said I hate celtic.
Football has nothing to do with religion. I have no religion never been christened as my family wanted me to be old enough to decide for myself.

Wishy where did anyone mention the orange order which has also nothing to do with football. If your name mentions 1690 you are a bigot plain and simple and not wanted at rangers it’s 2024 not the 80s.

23.) 15 Jan 2024 12:38:43
Al sation stupid predictive text.

24.) 15 Jan 2024 13:00:41
Jfm63 bit sarky there lad, not a good boy.

25.) 15 Jan 2024 13:46:41
Anyone shouting anything about King Billy or 1690 or any of the paramilitary organisations has a bigoted ideology.

26.) 15 Jan 2024 13:56:10
Al Satian I beg to differ non denominational in theory, my kids were moved from a "Catholic" primary to a "Protestant" one, they were being brow beaten to go for Holy Communion and were being told Jesus won't love you and you won't go to heaven, My Catholic good lady chose this as kids come first, so spare me your woke garbage, yes it's sarky but kids mental health is paramount, no apologies for this diatribe.

27.) 15 Jan 2024 14:13:43
No wonder i converted to islam with all this bickering.

28.) 15 Jan 2024 14:20:26
Again there’s no such thing as a ‘Protestant school’.

{Ed001's Note - there is in England.}

29.) 15 Jan 2024 14:56:26
Rangers a club for Everyone and anyone. That’s the standard we set and we never see the bar lowered ??.

30.) 15 Jan 2024 14:56:56
40 years ago there was and u think that doesn't exist now, seriously, that's why both religions were highlighted. My kids suffered due to this blinkered mentality, my thoughts and actual experience of religion in the school system. All this is prevalent even today from both sides, denominational in name yes i'm aware actual not so much.

31.) 15 Jan 2024 15:54:03
CF5 love your info and posts but that one is just completely wrong 1690 is about a battle and it’s sectarian no matter what you want to call it.

I have called out bigots and sectarian singing at our club and will continue to do so. As I said previous it’s 2024 not 80s tho it’s never been acceptable. Sectarianism is just as bad as racism and its needs called out. Our club need to do more to ban fans that sing the songs also.

32.) 15 Jan 2024 15:55:56
Al it was a joke based on your name. I hope your sense of humour bypass went well.

33.) 15 Jan 2024 16:39:48
Was that a non- denominational sense of humour bypass Jfm63 ?.

34.) 15 Jan 2024 16:41:45
Jfm63 taking the mick out my name now . grrrrrr.

35.) 15 Jan 2024 18:01:54
And to tar it all as ‘UB’ is damn insult. Again do you really think the club would have an excellent relationship with an organisation that you would probably deem sectarian.

36.) 15 Jan 2024 18:00:47
What a load of nonsense. If these were ‘sectarian’ then the likes of the big walks wouldn’t happen all over the world. If it was sectarian then we would be banned from European football.

There’s plenty of marches all over the world regarding different cultures but very few of them are sectarian.

Wonder what your thoughts on Guy Fawkes night given that celebrates a failed catholic assassination on the reigning king.

37.) 15 Jan 2024 19:09:36
Don't get your logic CF5, attacking Jfm63 and Storm 4 having the audacity to name the UB, as an organisation that has a good relationship with the club, fine, they may have that, but are u as hard as hearing as our eastend neighbours in terms of sectarian singing, wasn't us it's them, gig's a break, oh n by the way I like reading your posts 2 but I'm with Jfm and storm with this.

38.) 15 Jan 2024 19:22:15
Nah copland 5 the UB aren't sectarian, how many times have our club been fined because of their sectarian songs. Guy fawkes, give yourself a rest. I'm talking about behaviour now, not hundreds of years ago, the club are trying to move on, some of our support will not, to deny that is just behaving like an ostrich.
I've said before the UB could be a source of great good for our club, instead they cause us harm over and over and over. Where did I say it was all UB. I take it from your response you're one of them.
They continue to sing banned singers at just about every ground they go to. Go on deny it and make yourself look more foolish. It can be clearly heard. What big walks did I say were sectarian, making stuff up to support your rant.

39.) 15 Jan 2024 19:26:32
Remember that Copland.
Rangers have been ordered to close a section of Ibrox when they host Legia Warsaw after Uefa ruled some of their fans were guilty of “racist behaviour” – specifically, sectarian
singing.

40.) 15 Jan 2024 19:27:51
BTW plot info 2 kill James 1st totally correct, but should be Robert Catesby Night not Guy Fawkes, Catesby the orchestrator not Fawkes, and I like the spuds in the fire n the marshmallows 2, fireworks not 2 shabby either that's my thoughts ????.

41.) 15 Jan 2024 19:31:11
Anyone from castlemilk?
I’m pretty sure Braeside primary back in the early eighties was a Protestant school or maybe it was just known locally as one

sure a couple in southside were known to be too maybe not intentionally but locally they were known to be as you had your catholic primary’s along the road

either way I’m Protestant as my father was and grandfather and great grandfather
But my mother was catholic along with my half siblings

attended Protestant primary they attended catholic primary
I attended non denominational high school kicked out and ended up in a catholic high school with its own priest you can imagine how fun that was ??.

42.) 15 Jan 2024 19:46:04
Well said copland.

43.) 15 Jan 2024 20:14:20
Fork your kids suffered and I’m sorry to hear that but it’s because they went to a catholic school where kids get dictated to. Anyone can go to our schools. I stated on here before that being in the orange order or a flute band does not make you a bigot but got slaughtered for it. What’s the guys 1690 name got to do with rangers? What’s stormtrooper or tomthumbs name etc got to do with rangers? Too many folk jumping on band wagons when they don’t really know what they are talking about.

44.) 15 Jan 2024 20:17:24
Storm your cousin played in a flute band! Is he a bigot?

45.) 15 Jan 2024 20:23:28
I didn't deem the organisation sectarian, some of the stuff they do and sing is and to deny that is laughable.

46.) 15 Jan 2024 20:26:18
1690, Battle of the Boyne, William of Orange, the Orange Order are not sectarian terms and it would set a very dangerous precedent if the authorities deemed them so. It is possible anyone using these are sectarian and bigoted but we can't know that simply from a tag. They may offend some communities. Adult to Adult offence is not illegal, on the contrary it has become apparent to me that offence is an extremely important part of our society, we get rid of that and we continue with the woke cancel culture that almost took over, thankfully as a country we are starting to see through this madness.

47.) 15 Jan 2024 21:04:31
The answer is no btw he’s an absolute gentleman.

48.) 15 Jan 2024 21:16:39
Captain Tav my kids were transfered out of a catholic primary due the dictation you allude to, I'm aware of the non denominational schooling ethos of today's education system, as said 40 years ago didn't exist. Never said orange were bigots, sideshow maybe so but not the orange. For info my Da was H W. M Whitewell 533 and W. M and S. D. M at district and Martyn Smyth was his bud many moons ago.

49.) 15 Jan 2024 21:18:24
On a side note Tav does the bandwagon play party tunes.

Have heard quite similar John. Also heard Lunny agreed deal with Trabzonspor along with Barasic.
A good start to a heavy wage bill being reduced.

Good goalie John, having a great season.
Definitely scouting goalies. I feel he may have a chance at Brighton next year over Steele.

John, I had heard koppen met 2 also. Is your two players being supported by the Wasserman Agency?

John, didn’t realise you had posted the names before my apologies.
I can recall you replying to my Barron post. Is it Innes Cameron from Killie?
I also heard we looked at Lewis Mayo for homegrown.

Quite a cost effective market. Also, Scotland's non EU rules are a bit looser than England's. Work permits should be smoother.
