So had a chat with a few people over the last week and the information I have is that domestically we have identified 6 players of interest. The ones I've been told are
Miovski, mckenzie and barron from Aberdeen. Watson of kilmarnock, Miller from motherwell and the last name I forget but it's the keeper Kilmarnock have on loan from Bournemouth Dennis maybe.
Watson and Miller would be long contracts but loaned back to motherwell and kilmarnock. Will also see King go out on loan been told motherwell have interest.

Miovski would be a good one but depends how much we have to pay, Watson and Miller would be the two we should take a chance on. Mackenzie is a weird one and Barron not for me. Aberdeen already manage his minutes due to his injuries. Good info tho.

For me miller is pick of bunch in Scotland.

We really do need to push the boat out to try get him.
I wouldn’t loan him I’d keep him and play him as a sub and as back up and if he performs from that position I’d give him a shirt:

Age doesn’t stop kids anywhere else so why does it in Scotland .
He’s better option than what we’ve had.

I know a number of people on here have spoken highly of Lyall Cameron as well. I’ve not seen the lad play too much so can’t really comment but I think he’s well thought of.

I really like Watson from Killie, he’s got a lot of aggression and is very composed on the ball.

I wonder if we’ll look at Owen Beck again as well.

I can't see us spending the money Kilmarnock and Motherwell would want for Watson and Miller to loan them back for the season. Both teams aren't going to accept less than £2m in my opinion.

A mentioned Lyle Cameron is the player that’s stuck out against us this season John, ran with the ball well opened up our midfield and got around the park just the kind of player our team needs, a bit of early Durrant about him always going forward with the ball putting defences under pressure, if we can get some decent money in from our out goings the hopefully pick up a couple of the young players in this league on top of a couple of big buys and decent Bosmans.

Always makes sense to buy your opponents best players. Especially when those players are better than what we currently have in our squad.

Shankland is still a no brainer and hindsight would say we should have bought him in January and win the league.

Miller, Watson and Armstrong should be bought. If not Shanks then get Miovski.

The team needs a major overhaul and we must focus on winning the league. Buying players that couldn't make in the Prem/ Championship hasn't worked. There seems to be no heart in the team anymore.

StevieG2, I totally agree with you on this, we should be pushing the boat out for Miller. I think we may struggle to get him for £2m but I would push beyond that to secure him. We have missed out on too many young Scottish talents recently and hope we don’t continue to make the same mistakes in the future.

1872blue, £2m would be a good deal for us, maybe offer bonuses on top of that. Appearances and sell on etc.

defo should be doing everything we can to getting him. If not I don’t trust koppen or clement going forward. We need to sign the best of youngsters in Scotland and he’s the top of that list.

Agreed Stevie - £2m would be a great deal for us, particularly when you think Brown left Hibs for £4m way back and I think Miller is superior in terms of technique, personality and intelligence. I also don’t believe that Miller munches Lego, so on that basis alone, £2m is a huge win by comparison.

Fix forbid, cause they’re all Scottish they surely can’t be good enuff.

Just look at McGinn and Ferguson, doig hickey and porteous the now. All more than good enough to walk into this rangers team.

These lads we talk of are going to be the next generation of player “we should have signed”.
