Cantwell is most talented player in our squad. with a 9 that can move into correct positions or maybe even hold the ball up to link and 2 natural right and left forwards he would show his worth and flourish. A 10 needs those around him to play.

There's definitely a player in Cantwell, but he's been unable to perform consistently at the top of his game throughout his career and I don't think we can accommodate a player like that at the moment.

Was working at Hampden yesterday and the chat amongst a lot of the coaches was that there was a provisional agreement in place with the SFA as part of the contingency plans.

GRF, why would you assume that we have to pay for the pitch to be relayed? If they were relaying it anyway, then the timeline would need to either be brought forward or delayed, either way the cost will be the same to the SFA so why would you expect us to pay for it. We will no doubt have to pay a rental fee just like the other mob did when they moved there for a year and Hearts did when they had to move to Murrayfield for a few matches. that's fair enough, why do some of our fans assume that we are going to be screwed and over pay for everything we do. If Hampden is available it is 100% the right choice for the fans .

Not seen any of the friendlies, I just can’t watch so will reserve my judgement on the players and squad until after the hearts game in 2 weeks. Hopefully we can get one or two out the door and a couple more in. It’s been a hard preseason with everything that is going on. But we need to get behind the manager and team for the new season.
We bicker we argue we laugh but at end of the day we are all rangers fans and we all want the team to win things. The only thing that does worry me is the defence and upfront but hopefully this will be sorted before the end of the window.
