I think were going for beale because if you look at our squad and where to pick our best 11 apart from Davies and a fit lawrence its still very much gerrard and beales players we can't afford wholesale changes so were hoping beale can't get a reaction from what is already there IMO.

Beales tactics were not great domestically under Gerrard, only one trophy in a season where the opposition self destructed.

Never understood the fascination with Beale or Gerrard, we also struggled to beat the likes of St Johnstone and St Mirren under them.

Needs to be an experienced manager or someone who will get stuck into those players.

Beale is neither.

Mark I agree he had to go! I don’t think he got a fair crack but I think he lost the dressing room! But I think Beale is a huge mistake if that happens, love him to prove me wrong but I can’t see it! It’s mark warbuton all over again!

Beale is highly respected by all the players he has coached. He is progressive as a coach and forward thinking. He knows how to get far more out of these players than Gio does. In time, this will be a great appointment. if it happens.

Maakay was correct over Kent do the drills properly, you see on the field, how many times does it work over the season? I hope Kent and Morelos leave they are a pair of con men but at least Kent never hides unlike Morelos in the last year or so has been nothing short of a disgrace, take what we get for bhim and get rid .

Correct superally I always remember watching an interview with Mason Mount of Chelsea. He spoke very highly of beale. Players seem to like him and is will progress players. Gio had them going back the way.

Beale was coaching children pryer to his first stint with us we weren’t great under Gerrard and Beale they were rank rotten at Villa and despite a decent start he’s been garbage at QPR as well! John, his position as manager imo had become untenable, for me he should have gone months ago, not overly surprised to hear about Kent and McKaay, first training session Kent was doing some fancy footwork when McKaay told him to stop it, McKaay told Kent tricks are for the circus.

SWS I could write a coaching book tomorrow does that mean I’d have a better coaching brain than Gio too? No! It doesn’t! You can buy into books and friends bigging each other up if you like but it doesn’t make you right! I’m looking at how he preformed as a coach and it doesn’t make for very good reading! The so called brains of the outfit managed 1 domestic trophy out of 9 while that same management outfit spent more money than any management team before them going as far back as dick advocate! They were poor at Villa even before he left and QPR seem delighted that we’re in for him, stopping short of actually asking us to take him away!
