From what i have heard is that there was a board meeting today and PC has been told if he does not win this weekend he will be gone as we will be 9 points behind in the league and out the league cup which is the best chance of trophy this season.

There is no way he is getting sacked. The powers that be gave this guy a contract extension which was totally unjustified imo. I was surprised he got the job in the first place. He has clearly taken the board for a ride with his chat.
Don't forget that most fans were praising this guy for the last year.
We sacked a better coach that got us to a euro final and got left with Sands and King as CB's.
The club are too invested in Clement and Gilligan thinks he is very 'impressive'.

If somehow we can get cortes and danilo fit and Cerny keeps his form he has half a chance to put a run together but he has to be ruthless and drop tav for either sterling or kasa, play bajrami as our 10 but our defense struggle and we don't seem to have a structure that breaks teams down a lot of our goals are individual like the 1 from bajrami against sheep, personally desperate for him to succeed but think his stubborn side won't allow him to make the changes we need.

Onewalter, if our defence struggles and we don`t have a structure to break teams down and score goals, and you are right about both, we have no chance of winning games consistently . That is the two fundamentals of football that we are failing at .
Maybe instead of waiting for players to maybe get fit the manager should try a change of system that will improve us in both areas rather than the one he uses which doesn`t work and doesn`t suit the players we do have.

Dessers done well for his 1st season and a lot bette that good strikers we have had in the past but we get our money back he needs to go.

Wright will do well in the championship. Never a starting player for us but is good enough for that level to make an impact for whatever team he signs for. Games are more end to end and evenly matched so he will have a bit more room to run at players. Played in a lot of big games for us, scored a couple of important goals, just not at the level required.

I was talking to a hearts fan in the pub the other night and he was saying that shanklands performce has dipped this season as he no long wants to be at hearts and was hoping that a move to rangers would have come last summer, i think if we can get him in on bosman signing and then pay a small fee for him in january would transform our season as he can score goals.

The manager is not the issue as we had more possetion and more shots on goal most matches this season the problem we have is the attacking players can not score a goal to save there life, apart from cerny. If we had a striker who could score all the chances he gets we would be top.

Cameron and barron are midfield partners for scotland u21 and they have an amazing partnership, if we can also get Lennon Millar that would be an amazing midfield group as they know how to play together as work well on u21 squad.
