Heard jefte deal collapsed because rangers won't pay Cypriots compensation as they had first dibs kinda thing? Not sure if true though.

I'm not sure why APOEL would be due compensation when Jefte is not their player, and if rumours are correct they haven't being paying him what he was due. But certainly doesn't feel like this one will happen.

Seems fair enough to me, I guess it is part of the problem with Loan Moves where the current Loan Club has an option but doesn't have the ability due to sanctions to make the deal permanent. One of many anomalies in the way that football is administrated.

Colin they have a buy clause in the loan deal and also he is contracted on loan till end of the season so compensation will need to be agreed so they release the player from the loan deal.
