Just reading through the rumours
So do we think it's a given Tav and Goldson will be on their way this summer I can see it from both sides the club will make money from both players and also save money on their salary
And the players will no doubt get a very good deal which I will assume will be their last big pay day if they do indeed go over with Gerrard

And reading between the lines sounds like Butland will be in the move does anyone know what his contract is? Has he got a release clause in it? if so how much?
Wonder who we will find to replace him with

And my last question is who do we all think will be our next captain?

He hasn’t got a release clause this was clear in jan when Forrest bid more than what the release clause was reported mate.

We are going to need to have our best ever pre season if we are losing goldson tav lundstram amd butland, no ones overly happy with the striker position either so potentially the entire spine of the squad is going to leave and be replaced, we also have a problem at full back and we have no wingers. Clement and the recruitment staff have their work cut out big time.

Like Sterling a lot - but think he is too rash at times in decision making so dunno if he would be ideal captain material imo.

That’s good then well good we will make good profit but on the down side could be very hard to replace as he’s had an excellent season over all

totally agree Copland Bear it’s going to be a massive summer for us I reckon anyway
As you have mentioned the amount of players leaving and what we will need to try replace and cover our management team have some job but I’m also excited too see what they can do almost like a real live football manager game when you overhaul your entire squad ?
I just hope we can do well think John27 already mentioned 2 bosmans that he thinks will be an upgrade on what we have already definitely going to be interesting that’s for sure

Sterling could actually have a shout at being captain

Just thinking here does anyone think we could also lose Yilmaz to a bid?

Sorry, but I would never have a goalkeeper as captain too far from all the players to gee them up. ( saying that our current captain doesn’t seem to have that enthusiasm) my opinion if he stays Lundstrum if not Diomande.
