He definitely should be a target. If he's not then there's something wrong whether we can afford him in the end if he's as wanted as it seems that's a different question.

Could be wrong but did this not happen last summer when we thought there was a chance we wouldn't get the player if there was multiple clubs interested/ or the selling club was playing hardball on the fee so we had deniability if it didn't come off.

Read a rumour that Koppen flew to Bucharest at the weekend so could be interest. With Lammers likely to head to the eredivise for close to what we paid and other sales this could be a deal we could afford.

This singing has been complicated further as Lennon is now the manager there so can see him trying to put a spanner in the works. This is a player I can 100% say we have been actively scouting. There has been another 2 or 3 that have also caught the eye while we were scouting this lad. I've no idea if we will act upon the initial scouting but he is definitely good enough to improve us. I think if we do move for him it could cost us in other areas because the fee I'm hearing would be in the region of 5-6 with another 2-3 in add ons. That price might put our club off but for me personally I think we would have the top striker in the country that will improve massively.

Or you could just watch the presser and listen to what Clement has said, Hagi also stated in an i terview at the start of the summer that he jad instructed his agent to sort him a team, so he was always looking to leave, just no one wants to pay him close to what we do, hopefully a turkish or saudi team make a move for him before their window closes.
