Muscat seems to have ruled himself out until his contract in Japan finishes:

If Rangers offer Muscat the job, Rangers have to dictate to him when he takes over, we need someone in the door sooner rather than later, otherwise the season will be over for sure, I don’t give a monkey’s for Yamaha egg fried rice FC .
