It is pretty obvious that Stockbridge is going to take the hit & be the fall guy for the rest of the spiv board. He will go at the AGM (probably with a huge brown envelope in his back pocket). This will appease the majority of the gers fans as public enemy number 1 has gone. However, we will still be left with the true architects of the Rangers downfall. Stockbridge must go, but so must the rest of them. Please gers fans, do not compromise. Also, just because a guy worked for Man City in the past does not make him credible.

1.) Hear Mr Dingwall has resigned.

{Ed039's Note - I dont think he has, he has been asked to resign but hasnt yet as far as I am aware)

2.) Op be more specific, who would be left on that board that was the true architect of our downfall, paul Murray? Malcolm Murray? Who

JG

3.) Who is the fellow architechs that are left if Stockbridge goes?

4.) Eurowoogle you seem a new poster on here but if you are prepared to look at the current board as a 'new' board and that the current board are all people that are recognised business men, some already lost a lot of their own money and they are not APART from Stockbridge in this for the asset strip the previous crew were.

You need to stop and realise at some point not EVERY person is a crook.

I do do trust Somer and hate Stockbridge but Wallace and Easdale with possibly one other Chrichton is the semblance of a board with 3 from requisitioners

We need stability and now.

george

5.) JG this is a board of puppets, with masters elsewhere. always was.

clean sweep could help, but investment and a through review then needed.

we need to be squeky clean to get back in europe at first op, and cheques to directors mums from unknown sources. won't play well in our defense, and why would whyte/green/imhran do this. still too much zues/octupus/ticketus and scams n the mix. you ramped the ipo and now we heading for 30p and the unlock period. with 2% daily drops.

easdale says fans could deal fatal blow, b*******, fans only ones to dig into thier pockets!!

fell ally and fans have 8% which may swing things. let's hope

6.) George, totally agree with you, we need stability and we need it now. After the AGM we have to realise that the democratic process has run its coarse and which ever way it goes that we all have to get back to supporting our team, manager AND board its all we can do, the shareholders will have spoken.

7.) Geo how is the mi5 investigation going? Stockbridge is still walking the streets!

8.) @5 RIFC have made numerous regulatory announcements regarding the disposal and acquisition of shares, that included Ahmed and greens shares being disposed of and acquired by others, it's all there on lse or club website

@6 after the AGM we will have half year interims, should be issued early march, that will be an indication if we have turned the corner - or not!

JG

9.) Should have read I do NOT trust Somer

That aside I think AGM should be the end of bickering if Stockbridge goes.

I actually can't understand people not giving Easdale a chance. What happened to if you have done your time and giving people a 2nd chance? One brother of two served time over a decade ago and is now a successful businessman plus importantly he is a real Rangers fan and already put £1.5m of his money into our club.

I think we have to go with the board after AGM and try to get investors wanting to put money into our club, we will need that to see us through this season.

Over the summer is possibly the time to iron out any final issues with the boardroom set up.

RTID george

10.) I do agree George that stability is needed, however in light of everything that has happened everyone must be treated with a degree of suspicion. Why did the Easdale's hold their council so long? Fans just want some clear, spin free answers.

11.) Were I in the Easdales' position I would call it making my actions speak first and my words later, a lesson the McColl and PM group could aspire to.

A while back I would have said better to remain quite and be thought a fool rather than talk and remove all doubt, but to my surprise and I am sure to the surprise of McColl/PM the Easdales are not just an ugly face!

Ask yourself this being truthful with yourself as a Rangers fan, when you weigh up the way the Easdales have conducted getting to be the power brokers at Ibrox is a damn sight shrewder than the requisitioners.

Had they been prepared to invest some money to buy a decent percentage of shares it would have given them a far stronger case to present to the AGM, Keiron Prior has laid out more than all of 4 of them on his own and looks to be increasing that stake in the near future.

That is what people do that REALLY want to be a part of the boardroom and a part in Rangers future.

It is how business works

12.) Johncass

From what I have read and heard the fraud investigation into Stockbridge is ongoing that's all I know

When it came out that he had been caught arranging a payment of £300k to a company for services provided and the accusation by the female that reported this was that they had not in fact provided any services. you would think logically that would lead to charges.

Sadly in the murky world of business dealings it only requires that the company/person concerned backs up Stockbridge's claim and I would suggest possibly produce paperwork to cover that and you can see it becomes difficult for the authorities to prove.

Fraud trials are rarely successful for that exact reason the complex nature of mountains of paperwork to go through and to do in a way the PF thinks a case can be made and also that it is simple enough for a jury to understand.

My original thoughts on the Rangers fraud was CW out and out fraud no intention of paying any bills or the taxman. I then thought this was being followed by another fraud on same lines but bigger. I was wrong on the second one purely on the way it has been implemented so as to be improper and disgraceful financial mismanagement but done in a clever way so as to avoid being seen as fraud

For example

CW blatantly transfers £250k to his pal Aiden Earley for what possible gain other than money laundering and selling Jelavic just before Admin and that money too disappeared out our bank. Millions missing unaccounted for in CW scam. I hope he does get charged

The second stage CG in charge they have laid out the millions in huge wages huge bonuses and inexplicably huge payments to consultants doing work on their behalf. The £6.5million fee for IPO Allys wages. Hotel jaunts at £50k a go 50 miles down the road. Then finally to empty the bank severance packages to ALL concerned and 1p share sales to ALL concerned.

My mistake was labelling that a long firm when it is actually a professional asset strip within the bounds of the law but plain as day to anyone that cares to check the figures tens of millions taken again out Rangers share money and off the season ticket paying fans.

It is impossible to take that to court as the only thing to define it as fraud would be "INTENT", that is they would have to admit they planned exactly that from the outset or police would have to prove intent from outset NEITHER will happen I feel due to the people involved in this, the Castle and Chateau owning businessmen that did this are PROFESSIONALS they do this as a means to earn their living they care nothing of whomever gets in their way. Just count up the total amount of businesses that have gone into liquidation involving CW, CG, Mather, Stockbridge and Ahmad. well in excess of 100 businesses. coincidence? I do not believe in coincidence.

Anyway done with all that the last of the asset striping persons left is Stockbridge let's hope he pays back the £200k before he is voted off!

We have to move on after AGM

george

{Ed039's Note - do you sleep George?)

13.) @12 George, it has taken you a long time but I think you finally got it now mate,
now you finally see how the original consortium that invested have realised their return on their investment, they had a short term plan,
buy the assets, float the company, pay themselves huge wages and bonus for as long as they could get away with it, sell their shares and get out before the 1st agm,
all very ruthless business practice but just on the right side of the law
thats all in the past and we should be thankful that we are still here after all that has gone on in the last two years
Anyone who cannot see the changes over the last 6 to 8 months as green and co have left one by one, just don't want to see them

JG

14.) A difficult choice to be made on
Thursday do you vote for the previous board members, can they get it right this time, or do you go with present board. I would say Brian Stockbridge must go, too much flak would follow even for current board, the person not mentioned much in all this is James Easdale, also involved with club and company chairman of Arranglen LTD, a very successful firm by all accounts, but this is a real estate company buying and leasing back properties, could this be the reason he is involved, also noticed Sandy Easdale has set up Sportco LTD in August from their Greenock base, very competent business family, but so was CG.
AJM.

15.) You noticed

Not very well since I saw CW in the Rangers boardroom Ed

maybe after the AGM

george

16.) N13 I thought people could only sell there shares legally on the 18th this month tomorrow

Are you serious George? What has happened to your resolve. It wasn't exactly a Paxman interview was it. Easedale's association with those who have shafted the club, their own paltry investment, & their silence until now should be a cause for concern. Please can we stop jumping on any passing bandwagon just because ot is fronted by a semi literate "gers man". Enough is enough. Get them all out. P. s McCoist hedging his bets again. Has this guy no shame. Ew
