I’ve seen on here snd on media outlets it will be around a 4/ 5 million package to pay Gio and his back room team off so I’d think whoever gets the job can’t be under contract to another club as that would double that fee to but him out, if you look at our team it needs money spent on it as a few of our players are at the end of their careers and a decent manager will want money to strengthen his squad my question is where does the money come from? Wilson needs to answer a few questions on his signings and is he to be trusted to choose the new manager and to find players, maybe it’s time for the board to find a buyer who is ready to invest in our club and move it forward as right now we are going backwards, I wish Gio all the best and I’ll never forget that run to the final in Seville those nights under the lights at Ibrox was magical but our league results just weren’t good enough but Wilson and the board have a huge decision to make now as they can’t get it wrong again.

John so we could end up paying two managers and two back room teams for a while unless Gio has a job lined up, there was talk of him being linked with a position in the Dutch FA I don’t know if that was true but either way this is going to be an expensive deal as there is no hurray for any of them to find a job as the pay packet is still there, and I just wonder where that money will come from as I can’t see a manager taking the job without guarantees on finances to strengthen as quite a few players are out of contract or will be retiring at the end of the season.

Surely John it will be a compensation package for GIO and his backroom team.
Financially it would be a massive outlay for the club if what Twacoos is reading is in fact correct.
You would also expect us to appoint a manager who is currently out of contract due to the monetary factor.

As much as I like this it may be bad news. with lowland league voting uz in year to year will they possibly look at a b side winning the league as bad news. I know they can't get promoted tho. Hopefuly I'm wrong and the clubs are enjoying the new exposure and extra income. With 19 teams I also think there's room for 1 more bteam possibly.
