That would be a great piece of business if we could find a new home for Kemar. Top class striker when he plays. The team would miss him after spending so much time together (medical team) .

Would be happy with that. Ferguson seems like it will happen. If so, we trust Gio. He’s the manager, his call. If he rates him, then fine. Would like to see him exploit the Dutch market that he knows too though. Must be some value there. Sign first team ready players. Coki and Lawrence are great signings in my opinion.

I was thinking today roofes days are numbered the only problem is who would sign him with his injury record.
Fantastic player and great numbers but not worth what he cost us and is costing us.
How long does he have left on contract?
Could we just agree to terminate it and move on.

Unfortunately him, Jack ans Helander are far too injury prone. Getting them moved on and getting suitable replacements in needed. Last season's injuries cost us both the league and Europa.

Nice guy but if we could get him off the wage bill his 35k a week switched straight over to Lawrence wage bill stays the same, only thing we would then need to get another striker in with only morelos and Colak, Gio from what I've read doesn't see Sakala as a striking option.

@John25 it's interesting with Roofe I had heard that some think it may be mental more than physical with him at times, so as you say he's perhaps considered a hypochondriac, he has had physical injures that can be seen but at other times they are niggles that another player would play through.

I will be absolutely delighted if we are able to offload Roofe. He is a quality player when fit but that is the problem, he is seldom fit. If we can get £2.75m for him that would be remarkable and we would also take the best part of £2m a year out of our wage costs. So long as we can sign Alfie on a new contrac, that would be a brilliant piece of business!

If roofe stayed fit I think he would keep alfrado out the team he would score 25 plus goals each season sadly never going to be fit enough to do that colak is very similar to roofe in that he’s a clinic striker think we will spend 500/ 1million buying a young promising striker as no 3.

Pity about his injury issues, think he would have been a sensational player if he could manage an entire season without injury - will thank him for his service and for scoring the best goal I’ve ever seen (rangers and all other teams) .
