Performance wasn't great but we controlled the game, scored 2 nice goals and kept a clean sheet.

Positives for me were Tom Lawrence, he has the ability in abundance just needs games now. Davies done a good job out there up against Kane, I feared set plays today but we defended them well. Danilo scoring that lovely header from a sublime cross from Tav and Matondo, inspired sub securing the points.

Negatives, obviously Danilo coming off with that sore one. Looks like a fractured cheekbone.
Lammers was very poor, some of our overall play too slow and ineffective. Kemar Roofe made some lovely runs and never got the ball. He will finish if we create for him but barring the sketchy offside decision ruling another Roofe goal out he had nothing to go on. We need to create more. Goal difference needs to be higher this year. Ridvan in space never touched the ball the full 1st half, delivery's poor when he did get on ball but perhaps needs a run of games.

But 3points and up the road. Need to build up momentum now. Enjoy your weekend lads.

Fair assessment mate, thought lammers pass to tav for the cross is worth a mention though mate tbf to lammers.
Big plus for me was Davies that’s the major thing to take from today. Hope he goes onto prove me wrong now as I wanted rid.
We have 3 points and now we have 4 home games.
Let’s try get 3 points on Thursday and even a draw won’t be a bad result I hope supporters remember the opposition.

The problem Ridvan has is that Barisic’s delivery is just too good. I had a look on the BBC website today. It says Barisic has 2 assists from the 3 league games he's appeared in so far. During those games he created 9 clear cut chances for his teammates. That's an average of 3 per game. It's more than any other player in the SPFL by some margin. Barisic had on assists in the league last season. Say what you will but the man creates plenty chances for others.

Still don`t get the system we are playing whatever it is. Lammers is far too slow to play on the right of a 4 or 3 or whatever and Lawrence was wasted on the left . Lawrence in fact was having a poor game until Lammers went off and he was moved to central midfield. He was much more involved and creative in that role and his ball to Matondo was perfect . Roofe had a good game and he should start up front with Lawrence as No10 and the two wide min either side until Danilo and Cantwell are fit . Yilmaz showed today why Barisic always gets a game he, he was rank rotten again.

Had the Roofe goal stood (as it should have) it would’ve been a comfortable 3-0 away win to St. Johnstone. I’ve seen great Rangers sides go to St. Johnstone, play brilliantly, and not get the 3 points.

The fans have said all that matters is winning. We win more games on average under Beale than any other manager in our 150 year history. We won again today. Beale just needs to keep on winning and proving our own fanbase wrong.

The absolute desperation from some of our own fans to have Beale sacked is sickening. I actually think many Rangers fans were disappointed to see us win today because it means Beale is not going anywhere. Itks all over twitter and on YouTube podcasts - ‘Yeah we got a win but I hated everything about the performance Beale is still not the man, etc’. This is the most toxic I have ever seen our fanbase and itks completely unmerited. Ally McCoist wasn’t chased this hard from the club despite years of incompetence and failure. Beale has been here 7 months, has the highest return of wins in our 150 years history, and people are foaming at the mouth to see him sacked. They have no idea who will replace him, they donkt care, they just want to see everything ripped up.

Heard a stat which amazed me don’t know if it’s true but the defeat at Ibrox against Celtic was Michael beals first at Ibrox since manager?
If this is true the boo boys need a hard look at themselves .
Also is there a chance storm might come on and admit beal has won a game that matters .

VerdantAbyss, some of our supporters are just never happy mate ? It was paramount we got the 3 points and we got them in a comfortable win at mcdermid today ? Lawrence grew into the game and finished the game superbly and roofe's ruled out goal was unlucky and his movement was good all game ?So sad for danilo and after that terrific header that sickening injury he got ? So let's look at the positives and kick on instead of continual negatives all the time ?.

We win more games under Beale than we ever have done before. You are more likely to see a win under Beale than any other manager from our past. All the stats and data point towards a manger who has a team winning super consistently. We know luck has gone against with injury and VAR decisions. So why is everyone so desperate to sack Beale with no idea where to go next? I’m puzzled to say the least.

Arcade I agree with most of what you said but I think there was poor service down that left side for yilmaz our mids kept cutting in and looking for Tav I stead of trusting the left back and trying to play him in.
