Not about the bet. Its about having confidence in a striker to do his job. Dessers never looks like he believes he will score, that's really worrying in your main striker. Shankland has confidence in his own ability and would have scored yesterday, no doubt.

Big Dessers just isn't a natural footballer, he was watching the bloody ball trying to get it under control, didn't even see the defender on his shoulder or cantwell one in, guys not got it, it doesn't come natural to him. His 2nd effort was just as bad, big lazy shot at the front post, the difference between the teams is the final 3rd, we finished with Dessers Wright and Mcausland, manager can only p ss with what he has.

Dessers, Danilo and Lammers, personally I wouldn't have any of them. If we had rolled all of the fees together then we might actually have secured one quality striker. Problem is that when you don't know the market and you are shopping in lower markets you are often at the mercy of unscrupulous Agents.
At least we now have a quality manager and we have got rid of Park so we might actually sign some quality.
