Right, let's play football manager here for a bit.
Saw a post saying clement wants experience now to compliment the youth in the squad. I'm quite excited by that tbf so let's hear who you all would like us to sign to add said experience to the team. At this point we can all agree that it looks like McLean will be coming to replace Jack and Lundstrum.
But who would you all take that fits that remit.
I'd try my luck with Johnny Evans.
Similar age to Davie Weir. A blue nose as well and still plays at a high level.

Clement said experienced, he didn't say past it . Experienced to me means 25-30 year olds, not guys over 30 and in Evans` case, way over thirty. There are lots of experienced players out there and being blue noses or not doesn`t matter, they have to be good enough.

No chance Evans coming to Rangers, Man U have offered him another year . His brother Corey is just back from a year out injury, why would Rangers take the chance and no sell on fee, it’s just not logical for the brothers to come? Even at 35 Evans is on £60,000 a week.

A lot of people are of the opinion that being a blue nose doesn't matter and I get that. But signing rangers men is something we've done in the past be it davie weir, Scott arfield or Davis and mcgregor. I genuinely think getting boys in the door who understand what rangers are about is important. That's why I've no got a problem with McLean. I agree he is older than we wish and not a massive name but he's one of us. Remember the last time we recruited a batch of rangers men. We won 55.
