Here's hoping potential transfer are speeding up now after today cl draw. With our current sqaud I think we go out. They had a topsy Turvey start to the season, sacked their manager then the new manager went on a 16 game unbeaten run. Their best player was only on loan and now back with his parent club. They also knocked back a 30 euro bid for 1 of their own players. Personaly I just can't see any other outcome. Games came to quick for us. New manager, new style play, new players. Hope I'm wrong.

If we get a new right winger, new right back and a new centre half which i assume will happen before the tie, i see no reason why we couldn't beat them. We've beaten better in europe before.

You need to be mindful of there end of our financial year which is June 30th (I think) so we might be choosing to delay signings until 1 July for those reasons. If we have more sponsors next year it allows more flexibility on PSR/ FFP or whatever you want to call it.

Masticating I agree it's a multi year project but the 20m invested was a share issue possibly to get the r9ers the 51% needed. the club will already have that money. The 49ers enterprise have shown how successfully they can be in sports clubs. I get their just officially in the door but they have been planning this for months. In my opinion I very much doubt their gona not buy players to try get into the money spinning champions league or hopefuly at worst the europa. I very much doubt their gona jeopardise all that possible incoming money. My star I think tav in last year of his deal is he, he's been a great servant and think it would be harsh to take armband of him. If raskin does re sign I would make him vice captain with a view for next season being captain. I imagine tav won't play every game or finish every game if Aaron is signed so raskin would then be captain.

The club should refuse to pay it. Absolouty abysmal. We get a fine and other clubs that say a lot worse dint even get investigated. Paltry 3000 pound fine but it's standards. Let them take us to court then show all the evidence if other clubs channels saying a lot worse. Humilate the sfa.
