Generic ffp does not apply in league 1, it only applies for teams in Europe.
Psr applies to domestic football ball epl and championship.
They have some other title in the league one where 60% of turnovers can go on player's salary.
Principles are the same.

Tom, in my opinion it would take Birmingham couple seasons to get to championship, then at least three to get promoted to EPL
They simply don’t have the structure to support financial progression although they r active in seeking stadium naming rights.
