Cameron not being played in this team is a weird one, boy can play, finds the net, has a great engine and knows the league, we are struggling to make or take chances so hopefully he gets a start this week.

Bajrami by a country mile, Aasgaard is absolute terrible, just saunters about as if he doesn't have to put a shift in, totally unacceptable (he's not the only one though). but outwith those 2 I agree with John 100% play Cameron there, sure he scored 14 for Dundee last season, guy knows where the net is.

Just a few 100% successful transfer buys, only one player can change a teams immediate future, we have signed quite a few over the years, there's been so many who had a 100% successful window it would take all day to mention them, and all week too in the history of football.

Rangers themselves have had many successful January windows, one or two players can change your entire season almost overnight.

We, along with many, have also had very unsuccessful windows i hasten to add, but 100% successful windows are not unusual at all. many have turned their world around in a week never mind 4.

Agreed Tom, you'll have seen a 7 points lead from Celtic with 25 remaining comeback many times, and situations worse than right now, I did say unlikely but not a chance is it impossible, some feel we don't and am fine with that.

Guys, our side looks poor in so many areas.
We've signed some terrible players in the summer.
Yet another rebuild needed.
This can't continue.

No matter what, Rohl has to get at least 12/18 months at Ibrox.
We can't keep sacking managers.

Mark we've got some good players in our squad, the thing that is missing is effort mate or graft as i say. Rohl won't be long in seeing it or probably has already, we need to get fight in our game, better quality means nothing if the players don't put in the graft, look at Falkirk yesterday not one player from them gets in our side, but we have a better quality of player on our bench that starts for them.

2-3 good signings can change an entire team and it doesnt take much to change the league table, 2-3 good weeks can look very different esp so early, but we are in danger of losing touch, and cannot conceivably allow that to happen.

that's why i fear for Rohl. i just don't know if he is a strong enough character to change this, because we have very difficult, and important games before he can even think of introducing fresh talent, it may be too late in terms of league and Europe next season.

i pray we win our next few games or it will become toxic again, esp if he tells us again he sees improvement, these players that shouldn't be here can't improve, Aasgaard, Antman, Aarons, are what they are.

problem is we also have more than a few who simply aren't up to it.

the club is too big, the challenge is too much and the expectation is way above they're abilities, they enjoy the big wage tho.

Probably like most, I watch a lot of football most of the time and so impressed with Coventry City, what a job Frank Lampard is doing, such an exciting team going forward. Midfielders getting the ball and instantly looking to get it forward.

I would like DR to sit his squad down and watch how Coventry play as it's night and day to the dross we are watching each week.

We need to get rid of almost 20 players and sign the same. I worry he won't be able to bring in what we need due to what we have and can't get rid of. Same as clement.

There is a lot of work needing done with this group of players and whoever they can convince to join us and leave us in January. We need more attacking options as well as defensive options.

Creativity severely lacking in this team. Never in the whole game did i feel as though they would or could score.

Expect bids for Bajrami and Raskin and we may sell Diomande to fund.
Of the 3 strikers I expect only one to remain.
Antman to return to Holland loan to buy. Aasgaard to go back to Luton town loam.

Piss poor players, piss poor football, dwindling crowds, dwindling merchandise sales, be lucky to make the conference league next season, supporters at their wits end. Huge failures in the men in suits, huge managerial mistake.
All in all Cavanagh and Mr Leeds have made one hell of a shocking start to their stewardship of our club.

I truly hope they get their fingers out and sort this mess out, the only positive I see comes in these words.

We are unlikely to see a huge overhaul in January as it's difficult to get players in/out usually.

However we should still see 2 or 3 changes minimum hopefully.

What should the realistic priorities be? For me minimum:
- Perm LB in
- Perm CB in
- Perm playmaker / winger

A striker who can hold up the ball would also be nice!

Then the larger overhaul in the summer.
