Maybe This was all part of Warburtons master plan, to offer a fairly derisory amount for Allan to unsettle the player enough to ask for a transfer. Because he was never coming to Rangers where ever he went was to our advantage .Hibs now have a weaker team and will be lucky to finish third.

I think that Hibs are going to be stronger. Henderson seems a good player. Scored for fun in Norway last season.

Signing Vuckic is surely a no brainer.Proven quality , relativly inexpensive, will probably increase season ticket sales as he would be a marquee signing, but the problem is DK will not spend the money. I personally do not think the team we have is guaranteed to win the Championship this season

How do you know Dave King won't spend the money? How do you know MW would even want a player like Vuckic? People on here assume Dave King isn't spending any money but its not up to a chairman to identify and sign players, they will negotiate with the other club but the manager will identify the targets.

Great post mate,there is a lot of negativity on here but I think a lot of it is apprehension just wanting to get a decent team together and the season underway ,but I agree with your post 100%

Getting a bit concerned for new season , need good midfielder and striker. Why don't we take a leaf out of celtics book and sign our main competitors best players ie Scott Allan.I am not convinced that the team we have at present is better than Hibs. Also don't think Eustace is the answer

For years Celtic have been good at buying young talent, developing them and selling them on for a profit. that's what we should be doing as well and it looks like Warburton is going down this path with his signings. The boys he's signed or has on trial are not rejects, just ones who let their contracts expire.

Eustace is a Championship quality player. Also a role model to the younger boys. Why spend big when we don't really need to?

Aird? He is one of the worst players ever to pull on a Rangers shirt, closely followed by Law . Thomas Buffel might not have been a Rangers legend but was very talented and skillful on his day
