Heads up, Micheal Beale will be the next Rangers manager. Louis Van Gal set to retire as Holland manager after the World Cup, with GvB set to takeover job as the Holland manager in late December or Early January.
Source is very reliable. Both parties are happy and Gio will leave with the clubs blessing, as his family do wish to return back home as they are not settling here at all. Roy McKay will leave with Gio, Vos to remain at Rangers.
Beale will bring his assistant from QPR with him and Dave Vos will remain apart of Beales back room staff, as agreed by him and the club.

The Rangers board are already on the look out for a replacement for GvB and his back room staff.
Micheal Beale are on the radar as a replacement for GvB but don't expect any movement until after the Ajax game. Expectations are nil in regards to Europe now and the board expect better results in the league games between then. Their Hand may be forced quicker if the Napoli result is another embarrassing one and if we do not get a result against Aberdeen is what I'm hearing at the moment.
Word is, some players are unhappy with their role under GvB and he is hard to communicate with. McLaughlin, Yilmaz, Morelos and McRorie are upset that they are not getting any real game time. The main squad are not enjoying the training programme that has been implemented since late June.

Why after the Ajax game?
That would be gross mismanagement from the board. We will probably get pumped by Napoli and there is a decent chance of dropping points against Dolly on Saturday so waiting till next week is kamikaze management. Gio is either bumped or given time to turn it round. I fear it's the end as most fans have given up so get him and Wilson out now and get in someone else.
Who that is is what gives me the fear going by some of the names on here.
Scott Parker, Duncan Ferguson and Sean Dyche give me the absolute fear!

Coops it's very difficult to get someone of the required calibre we require. I think we need someone who has a good track record for a good style of play.2 spring to mind however they maybe out our reach. Tedesco or Knutdsen would be on my list. If you think the 3 I've mentioned would make us a more attractive team to watch then god help us.

Apparently Calvin Bassey has been talking to members of our squad, about feeling unhappy at Ajax and that he doesn't feel he is fitting into the dressing room. He says he misses being at Rangers and if there was a way to get back, he would explore every option to try get back over.

Hearing that the board are holding an emergency meeting this morning and that Gio will be attending to tender his resignation to the board. Gio and Tavernier both had a major disagreement with the teams tactics at half time. The board are now preparing to seek a new manager for the club, with 2 names being mentioned one of which is Michael Beale at the moment.

I don't think so but Thomson and McCann would be my management team or if gio can bring in someone like Alex Rae to enforce what it means to play for rangers I think that may be better. I wouldn't want Rogers but I did used to work with a load of boys from Cushendall and one of them was Rogers uncle and as an ex squaddie I was expecting the kind of crap I'd get from Irish companies based in Scotland but they couldn't be nicer and his uncle desy was a really good guy no bigotry in him.

With regards to all the above. Firstly GVB was a Rangers player and a successful one at that. Secondly he went on to have a very successful career as a player and then moved into coaching again successful.
He knows what Rangers is all about and the pressures that go with the job.
The board and Wilson in particular have sold him a dummy. Our total spend for players this window was £12million if I am correct, be lucky to get one Ajax player for that.
The defence in particular Goldson is rubbish. He only signed on for 4yrs again cause Wilson is a clown and no one offered him anything good enough down south. No obections to greegsy staying another year (good back-up) but never is McGlauchlan a No.1 Rangers goalie
NEVER. So right away there is two that should have been hunted out of the club. Tavernier has grown in stature but is a rubbish defender and the arm band should have been taken away at start of GVB's riegn.
During the transfer window we brought in a lot of youngsters some straight into the B team and tillman and the young turkish lad into the first team. I can see we are trying to do things the Ajax way and have a successful academy bringing on the best of the best not just for sale but to transend into the first team, this takes time 1 or 2 seasons at least.
We cannot spend tons of money on players there are so many big projects going on at Ibrox Edminston house, wages, Auchenhowie etc etc.
Wilson and the board have to hold there hands up first and admit they got it wrong before hanging out Gio. Secondly the players must take the blame if they don't understand what is being asked of them or don't want to be here speak up and get to F**k.
I watch the training videos and Gio is usually in among the squad kicking the ball with them having a laugh as well. Maybe he should step back and start yelling at them. Could go on but will leave it at that.
