McInnes will talk with Beale after the game on Saturday in regards to loan deals for one or both of Alex Lowry and Adam Devine.

I’d rather loan these players to hibs although Devine could have a place if we sell one of the left backs.
Matondo we will likely have to loan and subsidise most of his wage for the season in the hope we find a buyer next summer.
I’ve a feeling sakala just isn’t going to leave and that’s it lol fair play to him.
Rather mccrorie than mcglaughlin and I think we could move jono on if we agreed a mi i'm Al gee with sum1

I think we’re going to need to lower what we want for most of these players if we want them gone.

Nothing against kilmarnock or derek mcinnes but i would prefer lowry to go on loan to the likes of Motherwell, st. mirren, as i don't want the risk of lowry getting injured on that horrendous playing surface at Kilmarnock ?.

These boys are 19/ 20 years old, they’ve grown up playing on plastic parks so i don’t think a move to Killie would be an issue although I would probably rather see them going to Hibs because it would be more of a fight for a place in the starting 11.

My opinion on Sakala is that MB, and the board, would prefer he moved on to bring in these funds, only if the figure of 4-5m is true?! If this is the case, I'd be telling him straight, he wouldn't be in the first 11 and appearances were going to be very limited.
Or we could go down the Goebbels route and take away all his privileges, make him train away from the squad, take his mobile off him, and send him to bed each night without any supper! Too much?!

The problem is not so much Sakala, who frankly blows hot and cold but is useful over the season.

The problem is the bloated squad which needs trimmed. Unfortunately some of the guys who i'm sure Beale would like to see the back of before Sakala will have next to no suitors, whereas Sakala has a fair amount of interest in him.

I like sakala he always puts In 110 % effort, the only problem is his control of the ball @ times. He has contributed goals. As stated above he can be a serious threat with his pace, it’s a shame they can’t work more on his ball retention and accuracy in training for what ever reason.

The problem is Mark44 - most managers don’t rate the Scottish league, they tend to be look elsewhere for players before offering small fees to Scottish clubs. If you were a manager yourself you’d look at the standard of the opposition, Celtic, Rangers, to a lesser extent Aberdeen, they are the only clubs that buy decent players and most of them are from abroad, Scottish club rules need to change to prominence at B least one home grown player to the team and play them ( if good enough of course ) . Other clubs bring in players from EL2, non league, Irish league, SPL has went down hill and it’s there for all to see?

Hibs are one of the stronger teams in the league and if we make them even stronger against everyone but us then I would be happy with that. Also if Lowry and Devine become main starters then it weakens them against us as they have to take them out the team. Seems a no brainier to me.

Wouldn't say all sakala can do is run and run bit harsh. 59 apps in the league 39 goal contributions when you consider half of the those apps are of the bench however if Roofe can stay fit he's a higher standard than Sakala.

Wouldn’t be against Sakala staying, he’ll offer more than Sima based on what we’ve seen. Sima worries me in the fact that he’s fit but confidence looks to be the problem. Hopefully that builds as the season progresses.

Personally I`d keep hold of Alex Lowry till the Jan window at least.
Bleed him into the team from the bench see what he`s going to offer, he doesn`t need to be judged as being able to take anyone`s place.
Lets be honest some of the new boys that have come in have put down decent markers in Alex`s area of the park but nothing is cast in stone just yet.
We can call them established when they start winning some trophies.
Much like politics, a week can be a long time in football, an early exit from the Champions League for instance then people are looking for alternatives, whether that`s Alex or some other first team player who knows?
At the moment, Alex Lowry is an unknown quantity but if he`s as good as some of us think he could be it might be better to keep him around for a wee while yet.

In terms of players that we send out on loan, the decision needs to be strategic and strengthen the team that they would go to to the extent that it might result in the team taking points off Celtic, Aberdeen etc. From that perspective Kilmarnock could be a good shout since they are not easy to beat at home on that cheap plastic surface. The other benefit is that the young Rangers player gets used to the surface although it does concern me that they could also pick up a bad injury.
In terms of players being sold, if there is a buyer for Kamara, Wright and Sakala then frankly I would want all three sold; the same with Lundstram.

We are well covered in the positions that these guys play and by all accounts they will get little game time and Beale could potentially receive any funds received to strengthen the defence which I would suggest is a requirement.

As for McLaughlin, I would rather see him paid off than risk the thought of him ending up in goal if Buckland is injured.
