My bet is Rrahamani is the deal most likely to be finalised next.
Not convinced by the Mofokeng lad, 38 games, 5 goals, 6 assists.
Maybe we are looking at him for the B team, he is only 19 and still a work in progress, and there is always the possibility that he hits the ground running, one thing for sure is we need 3 more wingers, with Lawrence told to look for a new club, Wright not in Clements future plans either, that leaves us with 3 first team wingers, all originally RW's one of course has been converted to LW.
Cortes, Matondo, Mcausland, Clement apparently prefers 6 1st team wingers 3 natural LW, 3 natural RW, our system of only playing 1 CF, requires wingers that can either score or score and assist in 15+ goals a side per season.
add that to a 20-30 goal a season CF (Danilo / Rrahmani) and you have an improved chance of winning the league etc.

Massive transfer window coming up we need a min of 2-3 good players I think. Also when you look at a lot of these European sides playing in champs/ Europa League they're getting a lot of young players on the cheap and playing them regular and then selling them on for good money. No idea why rangers don't do this i definitely think we need a good scouting network to source better players.

Not impressed by the abuse Tav takes from some on here considering his record with our great club over the years, ok he's not now the player he once was but I'm one who is grateful for his contributions over the seasons, my opinion.

His record is 3 trophies from 24 since getting back to the premier league. One more than St Johnstone and 19 less than our biggest rivals. He's led the team during one of Celtic's most dominating periods in history, where they have caught up to our world record trophy haul and will surpass us this season. He's contributed massively to our failings defensively, particularly against Celtic and has seemed untouchable for 5? managers now, when many fans (rightly) question his contribution.
But he scores goals. That well known worldwide requirement in a right back in successful teams. If I think really hard I can name, oh, zero other successful teams where the right back contributes so much in an attacking sense. Not one. Because Tav is the outlier and that's why he still plays for Rangers.
Defenders are there to stop the other team scoring first and foremost, something James has always been poor at and has gotten worse at over the last 2 seasons. They're not there to score goals and take penalties.
I'm fortunate enough to have seen some great Rangers captains and some very good right backs. Proper leaders of men during both successful and difficult times. Many fans (like me) get frustrated because Tavernier isn't close to any of them.
A solid enough professional who is well worth the fee we paid for him, but to be Rangers captain and first choice right back at this stage, when the entire league is targeting him as our weak link and we can all see it (mainly because if we were in the other dugout we'd do exactly the same! ) isn't good for him or us.
He shouldn't be in our strongest 11. If he is, then it shows how far our strongest 11 are from them. He shouldn't be captain, but in his defence on this one we've not got a proper captain anywhere in that squad either.

Back when the financial playing field was more level, John Greig led Rangers during a period when we went 9 years in a row without winning the league and four years without any trophy at all. Was that his fault, because he was captain, should he have had the captaincy stripped from him, should he have been sold . Of course not, without him, things would have been worse but it takes more than one man to turn things around . Its a team game.

No way to dress that up. Embarrassing home support today. Couldn’t believe it. There was less than 15k of
us there. Dress it up however you like, Hampden, on TV, 5.45, poor window. Couldn’t care less. The same folk who will moan about not getting a ST, Euro away or cup final tickets, but few turned up. I won’t be popular for this post and couldn’t care less. Tuesday wasn’t great either. People who didn’t go today, if the reason was they couldn’t be bothered, should be, but likely won’t, be ashamed of themselves. We are collectively a dreadful set of fans at times. Shoot away but I’ve said my piece. Usual suspects, crack on. And I’m not happy with how the club is, nor a happy clapper. That was just bloody poor. Also, getting home was an absolute breeze.

Been on waiting list for 8+ years for ST. There today with my wife and 2 kids. Explained to my kids today was like the first time I went to Ibrox in 1984, two thirds empty.
Actually quite enjoyed the game. Thought we were good for the win and some really good free flowing moves but the final ball and not being clinical kills us.
St Johnstone could’ve had a couple as well. Was impressed with a couple of their forward players, pacey and being real nuisances.
I really hope the fans return for the next home game. Makes it more difficult for me to get tickets but it’s pretty horrible seeing Rangers play a ‘home’ game in front of such a small crowd.
