What happens to Lawrence and Matondo if we sign another LW? We just signed two new left-wingers last season and they are on long contracts, and good wages. Jo sign of Matondo and Lawrence being moved on either. Neither player has done much for over a year and Matondo seems adamant he’s staying to fight for the position.

Would we not be better off with a CB? A central midfielder would be nice too because I’m convinced if anything happens to Raskin or Cifuentes it could end our season.

I only asked a simple question as to why you wouldn't be happy with a player I think would be a good signing. Obviously in your head you knew what you meant by it. How was I to know your reply was a typo or that you meant not as happy as John said. Not sure how you quantify a level of happiness from a post.

Gray clearly spoke to us given the information on here. He chose Saudi, like almost every person would. We move on. Let’s just hope the player we go for next has the same quality, because without it, it’s going to be another long season. Our forward line needs improved massively (I include wingers in this) .
