Transfers can be agreed although not signed off within the window and if a deal had been agreed, especially at that price, then we would not have risked playing him although to be fair he maybe was never getting on. If you don`t believe deals can be done within the window, then check out Brighton announcing the signing of Jaoa Pedro from Watford weeks ago.
