What do we think of the euros so far guys ? I actually bet (whisper it) england to win it but they've been very poor so far ?I've been very impressed with spain and for me they've looked the best so far ?I listened to ally mccoist in commentary last night waxing lyrical about the beautiful football spain play and he's correct ? McCoist also said the best ever international performance he's ever seen was when spain beat italy 4-0 a few years ago ? That's some compliment he gave spain, as there's been a lot of superb international performances over the years ?So fellow bears what in your opinion is your highest rated performance by a country that you have seen in your time ?.

I’ve loved the euros, perhaps tainted as I was in Munich but I think the games have been really good with some great goals.
Spain do look very strong but I think you’ll need to beat France to win it.

I fancied Italy and Germany and will stick with these. France win over W Germany in 1982 (Semi final) is still my all time favourite match. France were superb that night but lost out on pens to Germany. God knows how!

Eng were my favourite to win however they are terible and it reminds my UK palyers are not quite as good as the media would have us belive they are. A good underdog or an honest dierct attacking team will do me.

Some decent games so far I had a fancy for Spain to win it but feel France have a few more senior players that would handle the pressure better when it comes to latter stages.

And Spain look the strongest team in the competition so far along with Germany who will no doubt be their or their about come the quarters and semis
Southgate I don’t think will last much longer after the euros finish world class players at his disposal and his tactics have been awful and players don’t look confident or relaxed over hitting simple passes etc
Something just not clicking and Southgate for me is the problem.

Miller all down to Southgate, a half decent manager would have them playing some football, couple of wc players in that team, forward players are frightening.

TJBB - England will be found wanting as later stages progress - Eng Prem League is the so called best in the world due to the foreign players playing there FACT - Italy found that out in early 80s when foreign players moved to Seria A for the big cash and the Italian national team took a hit/ slump - they then introduced limited foreigners rule which then got bitch slapped later by Govts regarding freedom of movement of workers-?.

I've lived in England for many years and English fans always go gung-ho and arrogant when they are winning then after a result like the 1-1 draw with Denmark then they shut up. I went into my local the day after and nobody mentioned the football until I brought the subject up. It's always been the same. Hell mend them!
