Paul86 I didn’t know that about Kamara - I think 10 is light though massive profit on 50k but for me he a huge talent and only seems to get better. He is one of Finland’s top players and will showcase his skills this summer at the euros - I think he is tailor made for an arsenal return one day and if he went for 10 mil I think we would be selling ourselves short - surely 15 mil but maybe I’m dreaming with my blue specs on again. Regardless of 10 or 15 it would be one of our biggest ever profits on a player.

Heard earlier regarding Goldsons contract, He's been offered a 4 year deal with a release clause, not sure what the problem is but Goldson meant to be trying to be only willing to sign with no Clause or vice versa, not sure but that's what I've been told.

Could very well be the heart condition that is involved in contract dealings, he’s very fit but still has a condition, let’s hope he is managed and his ticker is good,
Anything can be asked for or demanded in contract talks, it’s all legal matters,

The contract is a legally binding document so health clauses for a pre-existing health condition is more than likely par for the course. I don't know, but from my days as a recruiting manager, non-disclosure of a health condition which caused long absences after appointment COULD (but in 99.9% of cases wouldn't) lead to possible disciplinary action or worse. Goldson has played every minute of every league game this season, so I am guessing his health issue isn't drastic at the moment. If the clause relates to that, it's highly likely that it will have been added at the request of our insurers and/ or legal team.

Probably all management executives on high earning will have a health screening attached to their offer of employment, in football it’s always an issue to be discussed, that’s why people fail medical, it’s a legal requirement for most to provide evidence of a clean bill of he before signing off on a large financial contract.

He would be an option along with many others. He's done a great job and If he could win both cups in the same season what an achievement that would be. He's also a Rangers fan so he's a good man in my opinion and fingers crossed they give hibs a doing in the final.

Look at the puddle drinkers for example. Big name manager in Rodgers then they go miles backwards with Lennon . Players are used to working with a good coach and a big name then they get handed a glorified kit man.
Hope it’s not for a while but when Gerrard does move on our board need to pull out the stops to get a top couch big personality and a winner that will have the respect of a champions dressing room.

If anyone thinks Callum Davidson is good enough for Rangers manager they need to have a word with themselves, great job at a small club but even the way he carries himself looking scruffy is never Rangers standard! Callum will probably go as high as a Hibs or Aberdeen in his management career, maybe even a Championship side but never good enough for us, could you imagine the call to try and bring the likes of Defoe to the club, “Hello Jermaine, it’s Callum Davidson” “sorry Callum I’m not needing insurance and haven’t been in an accident, bye”.
