Today the rangers board will meet to discuss signings and up and coming court case's board still hoping to get one loan signing and to buy one over the line on Monday.

To be fair i'd be very surprised if we got anymore people thru the door before tomorrow. Would love a natural DM just so halliday can push higher up the park. That would be like a new signing for us as well.

Nellylad I do think we will sign at least one new player before tomorrow's transfer deadline and quite possibly two, if we only sign a dm I'd be very happy with that and just like you said would allow us to move andy halliday into his more natural offensive midfield position, even if we don't sign anyone we've got more than enough to win this league, in warbs we trust! Regarding the dm position harrison reed on loan from southampton or sign wil vaulks from falkirk would do me nicely, I've seen vaulks playing against us 3 times now and have always been very impressed with him, he was the man of the match against us yesterday anchoring the midfield and protecting the falkirk back 4 superbly!

What was it that MW said about having business done early and really being in trouble if your trying to get late deals in?
Valks would do a job for us but we can't afford him. Anyone we do bring in will be a cheap loan or short term deal as the funds simply aren't there.
Let's all just hope that what we have got is enough and we aren't looking back at the end of the season wondering about what might have been.

Hes not a player I'm familiar with, all I'm saying it will only happen if it's cheap. Iv yet to find a gers fan who doesn't think we desperately need a defensive mid.
I can accept it if we don't get anyone else in due to finances. But do think that board need to be more upfront with fans who don't understand - talking if signing 4 or 5 Scot allans or investing millions has left many fans expecting something that was never going to happen.

I believe Barton has played his last game for rangers but there's aways too sides too every story and why hasn't the other players been hang out anaw . are they looking at legal side off sacking him?

As far as Kiernan was concerned the only alternative was to play Hill. Kiernan is bad but Hill is a million times worse which shows how bad he is.

Criticism of the Board is totally absurd unless you are a multi-millionaire as it's their own money which has gone into the club and brought stability.

Spot on Ross, I think some fans don't realise how much it costs to run Rangers, King and co have invested money but sometimes fans only think that money spent on new players is investing, it's costs a fortune to run Rangers, wages, Murray park, ibrox all the day to day stuff, upgrades to the lounges at ibrox, a lot of money has been spent but sometimes people don't see it that way.

Can't believe some of the stuff I'm reading on this site. Call yourselves Rangers fans.
Get a grip. loose purse strings almost cost us our club, we can't and won't go back to free spending in order to buy success and pacify the fans thirst for multi million pound players.
We are where we are, so get used to it. We have no given right to win the league or finish runners up.
Support the Team in the stands and on line. The Mhanky Mob are pissing themselves reading some of this dross.

Delboy. You must agree most of our signings have been v poor . Kranjar is stiffer than Hugh Hefner, hill is woeful, Barton been rotten, rossiter bummed up to the max yet not seen much to get excited about. So we have signed a lot of players however so far I have yet to be convinced by many of them!

Spot on Greyfriar. A lot of fans are talking like we've been playing in Europe the last few seasons and forgetting we were playing against part timers not too long ago. For the ones who slate Dave King I will never understand. To be where we are now after dealing with White, Green and still Ashley is a minor miracle.
