Yeah, said before I think it's important we don't get greedy with Lammers. I like him, but he's never going to be our no9 and didn't fit in our team elsewhere. We need to move him on and in the circumstances where he's never going to make it at Rangers anything from £2.5 m up is good business for us.
Our fans mostly agree buying him at c£3.5m is/ was bad business for us, so we can't turn round and seriously think he's worth £5m on the market now.

So we sell Lammers for 2.5m and we talk about selling our players for profit, the tims want 4m for oh a poor cf, we paid 3.5m for him covered most of his wages but sell for 2.5m 12 months later, probably cost us 4.5m including wages but lose 2m in twelve months is very good business, by the way i don't think we only receive 2.5m for Lammers, hopefully media bollocks again.

2.5 up front with achievable add ons to potentially double it based on appearances/ goals would be an ideal scenario. Was quality second half of the season but we run the risk of it being a flash in the pan by not selling now. Always thought there was a player there but not one that we will see in Scotland.

Usual panic mentality from some. Aye let’s keep selling for a loss and say it’s good biz! Selling at a loss IS NEVER GOOD BIZ.
Selling a player who has been less than a year with us and been very successful in the league where a club want him to play for less money is completely inept!

If the team who want him have just sold a player for £18 million we should be at least asking for a fee that gives us our money back .
