Not saying Ridvan is a bad player but he's not had a look in.
Needs to be more than 4 or 5 new signings because they aren't up to it and for all of Tav's stats, we are not moving forward having a captain that is from the Warburton era!

The problem is when things aren't going our way it's easy to blame davies, goldson ect when we really need to start looking at the other side morelos and Kent were non existing yesterday but yet beacouse they have a catchy song some give them a pass.

He’s not the type of cb I like, not dominant enough. Actually got shoved off ball by kyogo. His career stats are poor for a cb. 4 goals in about 300 games. I like cb’s who score that per season at least.

On a whe, the team are way behind that mob, the way it stands they are too many steps ahead of us, the way some of ouy guys are playing, even makes our, better players look bad,

I hope that somthing positive comes from this and the now can see we need a complete overhall,

And controll the game
Player's who are ruthless and can and will kill games off
A team we can have faith and actully enjoy watching again

For the goal, narasic, raskin, kent and lundstrum all stopped. Not davies. There's no way he gets blame for that goal yesterday, but like some have said, easy just to blend a defender lol. Tav was also caught on his heels because he also assumed it was going to be a free kick.

We need 2 solid centre backs and a left back to compete with Yilmaz for next season. Barasic just doesn’t cut it for me anymore, Davies for me isn’t up to the job either. Jury’s out on Souttar and Goldson needs solid competition for his place.

First time post, need to vent some frustration.

I think davies isn`t the worst cb but needs to be a bit more aggressive.

The one I would sell out the back 4 would be barisic. Great crosses and set pieces but caught out way to much.

Arfield, barisic, wright, matondo, mcgregor, s davies, kamara, kent, morelos, colak, helander, soutter, hagi, lawrence, roofe all must go.

Think i would give pass marks to maybe 3 players yesterday - goldson, lumstrum, raskin.

The last 10mins of the game yesterday baffled me beyond belive, wipping balls in with no one over 6ft? Why was goldson not put up and lumstum put in to cb.

sorry this is all over the place but its just not good enough!

I don`t think Raskin or Barisic thought it was a free kick, they just left it to each other. It was poor communication. If we have a limited budget we could add one or two at the back and I`d be fairly happy but we need to add 4 or 5 in the forward areas . Morelos and Kent are going and they should be joined by Sakala who just isn`t clinical enough and panics when chances come to him. Roofe and Colak must be sold as they are never fit and Wright has to go, he can`t even get on when we need a goal. I`m not a fan of Matondo although I would give him 5 games now to see if he has got anything .

I might be on my own here but with the right players around him I actually think Matondo could be a good player. The problem that I see if that we have not yet brought in one player with a winning mentality and the team sadly lacks leaders. We need a change of strategy in terms of players signed. We need to be sourcing players that will fight for the jersey, they need to be signed as part of a five year plan, not bought to be sold to the highest bidder as soon as possible.
We could do worse than try to sign Milner. He is an old head, has a winning mentality and is a leader. One or two players like this and retain Arfield and it is a start at least for a season while we scout quality replacements.

Unfair on Lawrence but I agree with the rest Lundstrusmleeg. Add lundstrum to the list as well though. Lawrence looked a player before his bad injury. I don't think he's a particularly injury pro e player normally.

Re Davies, imo and I have written b4 I believe he was a panic buy, Gio and Wison realised Souttar, helander were effectively out for the season after livi game.
It left us Goldson,

We should have went for a loan player at that stage as a left sided ch, we could have had lad from Man City or Chelsea.

Agree John, I also think Davies is too lightweight for a ch, the summer transfer window last year in general has turned out to be dreadful, 7 players signed and 3 contracts extended, Lawrence was the pick of that window, and he's missed most of the season. Berkshire I think Matondo has been a very poor buy, I doubt very much he'll ever be a player for us.

Gofer, the number of goals that we have conceded is embarrassing but if we had brought in a quality keeper to replace McGregor then I doubt we would have lost that number. We also lost Goldson for a number of games and that really showed how poor our signings had been especially with no midfield cover.
