Sima is NOT a winger. He plays across the front. So for example he would play in a 433 and be in any of the positions of the final 3. He does not play in the wings from midfield.

I like your enthusiasm Stevie G mate, but i camt see Beale changing often from his preffered 433, we ain't gokng to 5 at the back or 2 cdms or 2 cfs, unless beale can see a weakness we can exploit by changing the formation from 433 attacking, based on the players he has brought in we will stay 433 for majority of next season, good post though mate.

This is an excellent appointment. Apart from his time spent at West Ham in a similar role he was most recently with Socios which is where the links with Clubs like Barcelona and Man City emanate from. He has also worked with Sky and EE and he appears to be a bit of a Guru on Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.
As an added bonus, he and Bisgrove know one another.
We are building an exceptional team off the park, dynamic young guys that are ambitious and very capable.
If we can mirror this on the football park we have exciting days ahead!
