It will take a substantial offer for Rangers to let Yilmaz leave. As far as I was aware from folks in Turkey they had made it clear that they wanted a minimum of £5m.
You need to remember that a lot of these rumours have been started by Turkish Sports Journalists and Galatasaray orientated media.
He certainly won't be allowed to leave before we have a replacement and at present there is no indication that we will have by 1/ 2/ 24.

ForkTongue, pretty much everything that the Scottish Press and some Rangers Media has reported on Yilmaz has come from the Turkish Media and pro Galatasaray Sportswriters.
I will be both surprised and disappointed if Yilmaz moves to Galatasaray this month unless they stump up £5m with all the funds being paid upfront.
