Timo Werner would be a colossal upgrade on anything we have at the moment.

Yes his confidence had been shot to pieces and he looks a shadow of his former self but he is now looking to embark on a new journey.

I don't believe wages are an issue as he is looking for a chance to find himself again and restart his career. I would love if Rangers were the next club for him.

And for those who write him off can I ask you this. What was your opinion when you discovered that Rangers were going to sign the 5th choice goalkeeper for crystal palace?

Anyway, congratulations on a fine performance from Brann, i couldn't bring myself to say that last nigh as i was so angry about my teams lack of performance but, congratulations.

On the subject or Timo Werner, i he was to sign for us and he could recapture a fraction of his RB leipzig levwls then yes he would be an outstanding bit of business for Rangers. A lot of ifs and buts, but he can't be any worse than the playera we have at the minute.

Huge downgrade on Greg's. Good shot stopper but has done nothing to organise or control his back line, doesn't command his area enough and his distribution is poor. Wouldn't use him as an example not to write someone off.

It started with Danny Röhl and now onto players.

I won't bring Timo to Brann as he won't be interested.

The reason I mentioned him is he is being linked due to family connections.

I believe that he is going to have to take a huge pay cut to get a move and to get a team where he will play regularly.

I understand what has been said about the low block but we are crying out for someone who will take a run at defenders.

GERS1980. I agree he's saved us from a hiding on many occasions but I was referring to Asa using him as an example not to write players off. Ist I don't think anyone did think of him like that, most were excited by him. And 2nd if any did I still don't think he's an example of not writing anyone off like he's been better than imagined or turned things round. As I say he's a good GK but don't think any of my points were unfair.

He doesn't control his area or marshal his defence and his kicking is poor which is why he was dropped in England. As an ex keeper I hated losing goals and made sure everyone knew it, not just sit and throw my hands up. if players were so regularly out of position they'd hear about it. Whatever system I viewed it as on me to protect my goal and organise them.

I now question who made the decision to play Djiga, Chermiti and Rothwell last night. if it was Rohl then that was his first mistake as our manager as its pretty clear to every single Rangers fan that those won't cut it ever at this club. they should have been hoofed at half time when the writing was on the wall.

He has to work with whomever is there to choose from. Doesn't matter who he picked. Everyone will start with a blank slate and if roll thinks they're not upto it then he will drop them. Djiga probably ly has a clause to play so many games. Chermiti is young and might come good.

Its not his fault that we paid way over the odds but with the outside pressure and everyone and their dog telling him he is rubbish then what do you expect to happen. Every fan, every media source and every social media post chastising the kid no wonder he has no confidence.

If Thelwell had anything to do with picking team we are in real trouble, Rohl had very little time so got to think it was picked with talking to coaches at club and impression he got in few training sessions he had, he could have changed almost anyone at half time going on first half performances right hand side of team very poor but unfortunately who else do we have Aaron's that bad we have to play Tav.

total lack of leadership from so called senior players, hope that not influenced by fact both soutar and Tav will be gone at end of season.

The manager will assess every player and drop the dress. I don't hear anyone chastising Raskin yet he had a poor game so where's the clamour to tell him he is rubbish, non at all. He's got to play somebody. Cornelius should have played and so should Barron but having had only two days in the building the team was always going to be similar to the one that played on Saturday.
I don't get the repeated hounding of Moore, he is a young boy and he is struggling but he certainly looks better than Antman who cost us millions.

The kid set up the equaliser on Saturday and if he has any minutes clause in his contract which I doubt, its not his fault, and he shouldn't be getting battered for a conspiracy theory.

The snobbery needs to stop. We have signed great players from our own league. Walter always picked a few up for his teams.

Gogic and Bashiri, jeez oh, have we fallen that far. Both these guys would fit right into the mediocrity. We signed Souttar two seasons ago, supposedly the best centre back in the division and he doesn't even measure up to the level of Goldson, Balogun, Helander and co.

never mind our top level centre backs of the past. Its not snobbery its just that some of us feel we should aim higher than being second in a two horse race. Its not like St Mirren an Hibs haven't been battered in Europe by mediocre teams too.
