Does the amount tickets left for Sunday tell you a story on the backing of the team and mcinnes?
10 Sep 2026 15:50:33
Nope it'll be full either way.
10 Sep 2026 16:40:12
Why? Are there tickets left for Sunday?
10 Sep 2026 19:12:56
Nope tells you that there's no away fans and there's extra to be sold after all the season ticket mygers members on the CSCS have got theirs.
12 Sep 2026 13:27:11
Dont think there is tickets left.
12 Sep 2026 16:52:16
so if there are only few tickets left then the answer to the OP is yes it does tell you the story of the backing of McInnes and the team 😂😂.
12 Sep 2026 19:25:02
Peter, You wanted McInnes sacked weeks ago, mate.

I am now 1000% convinced that Gassama is the greediest player I've seen for a long time, The amount of times he ignores a pass or through ball is completely wild.
I'm also fairly sure we were told when we got him that he can be electric but severely lacks a final ball, something I think is pretty evident now.
If that lad can learn to pass that ball more he'd be dangerous.
10 Sep 2026 08:52:54
And yet, the manager still plays him, so perhaps this is what DM wants from him. I think when one of his shots goes in he will bag a few more. Penrice's overlaps create that space for him, and they pair well together.
Yes, if he does improve decision making, as he does get it wrong occasionally, he will be better, but he is dangerous now; you can see the panic RBs have when they face him and he is running at them.
10 Sep 2026 09:52:39
Angus, not just the current manager. All 3 of his managers have consistently played him.
10 Sep 2026 11:14:39
EK, Gassama is a very dangerous player.
10 Sep 2026 14:47:49
Surely I he was that dangerous he would be creating and scoring more goals?
We're currently kings of the 1 nil win, is the danger in the room with us?
10 Sep 2026 14:55:15
You see nothing dangerous in Gassama, fair enough EK.
10 Sep 2026 16:58:15
Gassama has created plenty of chances. Created the most chances vs Aberdeen, got an assist and created the most chances v Falkirk, Won a penalty v Motherwell. What about Curtis EKGER? 11 games no goals or assists Gassama has 1 goal and 2 assists in 10? Why pick on Gassama.
10 Sep 2026 17:03:07
I see the danger of waiting 25 games before a shot hits the target myself, loads of pace, like the last one and can't shoot, like the last one, if I sat in the Broomloan or Copland he would definitely be dangerous, I wouldn't be buying a Bovril that's for sure.
10 Sep 2026 17:38:29
Gassama has gone from being drilled to keep possession at all costs to being given complete freedom to take risk in the final 3rd.
The difference in him as a player is night and day and DM and the coaching team deserve a great deal of credit.
It's now on them to work on refining his decision making, however a lot of that comes from having experienced players on the pitch who can guide him and the relationships he can build with the rest of the front line.
I do laugh though, as he's a carobon copy Kyzi at Hearts who was getting rave reviews last season - and he offered a grand total of 4 goals and 8 assists in the league.
10 Sep 2026 18:20:31
I think the key word there is WIN. you don't get any more points for a 4-0 win and before you say goal difference only once since the SPL started has goal difference came into play.
if he didn't shoot then fans like you would be moaning that he doesn't shoot. it was only last season there were all the complaints about nobody shooting from outside the box. now we have someone you are still complaining. 🤷.
10 Sep 2026 19:14:31
Do you want your winger to take his man on and try and do things or just pass it back to the full back?
I will never ever complain at a winger trying to take his man on and get us up the park. I don't care if he's greedy, he can polish up on decision making but he's in the team to be an attacking threat not pass the buck.
10 Sep 2026 23:43:17
I like the way each time he missed at least one of his team mates gave him encouragement immediately after he ballooned the ball over the bar.
I think that kind of camaraderie is important anyway, but especially for flair players to keep their chin up and keep going. Really nice to see.
10 Sep 2026 23:47:02
I can of course see that the lad has great potential star, I'm sure EHL would agree, he isn't far from being a serious player, I don't see too well nowadays but I try to watch every game and every player, Gassama is on the fringes of tearing someone apart, imo, I miss Moore but this boy could just be the real deal.

Very good first half last night, Probably the best under McInnes, Finally can see what he's trying to do we should have been out of site in the first half. On the other hand part of me loved seeing us grinding out result that in seasons gone by we would lose or draw. Thought Raskin was really good barring a couple slack passes won position back in the press multiple times, that's 4 clean sheets which is amazing Fernandez starting to look like his old self again just need to cut out those couple casual moments a game. Pandur has been absolutely outstanding since he's signed and has Makanya. See Gass getting a lot of heat but his ball carrying is worth its weight in gold just seems to be snatching at things it'll come good Imo, He looks a nightmare to play against he's everything a full back hates.
I thought Naderi had one of his best games for us his work rate was 1st class but he's not good enough to start Finishing poor, the one header he actually won set up Miovski a goal a few times he was unaware Kelsey's was under the ball to win a header and moved into his space rather than run off him, There's a chance he comes good with the right coaching an appropriate mins which should now be limited and Bojan should start made the exact move we we're crying out for all night from a striker run off your partner and a quality finish, Don't buy the attitude thing in him McInnes talked highly of him last night. Thought the Bouanani looked really good.

R1, it takes time for 2 strikers to play with each other, understanding what space they are expected to be in etc etc. Only time resolves that one and coaching to an extent.
