If it is indeed Rohl then i will back him 100%, He knows he's not first or even second choice but he deserves the support to get it right.

I sincerely hope whoever the manager is everyone gets behind them for a period of time and given a chance, Martin was never the right choice and I'll never understand how the likes of Boyd and other ex-rangers players/ pundits thought he played good, exciting football. Watched Southampton a few time in championship and the Premier league, they were exactly what we played like when he was in.
Thelwell needs gone but is there is a mentality issue in our squad banners aimed at the players won't help and protests won't either if they must be done towards, do them after the game.
I think its time we realise I order to compete season after season, we must give someone time to build a team over multiple windows and not just one window like Clement, Beale, Gio and people before Gerrard, we are not Roman's Chelsea and we're becoming more like Watford with sacking managers every 6 months. Rome was built in a day and nor was Celtic's dominance. 2nd isn't good enough for some and I'd love to get back to winning everything but 2nd is what we'll get if we continue down this path.

The way it's going we will be paying more to get rid of staff than it would be hiring them. I thought the Americans were supposed smart business men. It's a disgrace they way they have treated our club and have to get this next appointment right.
