Bacuna now offically moved to Birmingham for an Undisclosed fee.

DUNFERMLINELOYAL

1.) 27 Jan 2022 16:04:42
400K apparently. That’s not too shabby for player who wasn’t going to get much game time and free’s up some wages for another. I can see this going from our accounts and into Hearts for Souttar.

2.) 27 Jan 2022 16:31:42
3 half yr deal he signed best of luck to him.

3.) 27 Jan 2022 16:36:10
I hear its a free transfer with clauses including games played and sell on clause.

4.) 27 Jan 2022 16:46:54
Unfortunately it was a poor acquisition in the first place and well below the standard that we should be signing. Hopefully the lad will do well down in Birmingham.

5.) 27 Jan 2022 16:49:57
400 k with 50% to Huddersfield.

6.) 27 Jan 2022 17:04:02
The original deal when we got him from Huddersfield was virtually nothing up front with a whole load of performance based add ons and as John has said a large % of any sell on going to them. Huddersfield claimed they could end up making almost £2m out the deal. However Seeing as he hardly played I can’t imagine we’ve had to pay any further amounts other than the small original up front fee. So no mater what we got for him from Birmingham it’s just a bonus to get him off the wages and clear up squad space. Fingers crossed on the likes of Barker, Simpson and Lundstrum going in the next few days too.

7.) 27 Jan 2022 18:05:48
Give Hearts He Haw……cheek of them asking for more money for a player we have already signed…. tell the to get lost……we have Goldson, Balagoun, Herlander, Bassey and Simpson if required…. Don’t let any club try and dictate to us….

8.) 28 Jan 2022 01:13:14
Bigeck don't forget sands can play CB too.

9.) 28 Jan 2022 02:33:36
Correct bigeck. Wait till summer. They can jog on.

22 Dec 2020 14:52:49
Gary Mac suggesting Ryan Jack could be back available for Hibs on boxing day. Great news if we can get him back for this, He is a player i feel we have missed a lot in recent weeks.

DUNFERMLINELOYAL

1.) 22 Dec 2020 17:01:04
Really missing Jack. Great if back for Hibs on Boxing Day which looks to be toughest game of Holiday fixtures. Let’s just focus now on St Johnstone tomorrow night.

2.) 22 Dec 2020 17:20:16
Bet he no bk too soon after wat a month out.

3.) 22 Dec 2020 17:29:14
I wouldn’t throw him straight into that game with being out so long to be honest.

4.) 23 Dec 2020 10:51:47
I would like to see arfield in there he gives his all and does great surging runs.

5.) 23 Dec 2020 14:18:02
Arfield has been poor last 2 or 3 games like kent think that's why Gerrard giving him a rest . Kent's reputation is an asset even if he's not at his best.

6.) 23 Dec 2020 20:26:24
Will likely be brought on into the game.

7.) 24 Dec 2020 14:32:30
Dunfermlineloyal think it would be risky just throwing jack straight in to hibs match, they are bunch of hackers.

8.) 24 Dec 2020 16:26:28
Maybe considering Jack has already missed about 50 games in his Rangers career, we shouldn't be throwing him into tough games like this. The guy has really dodgy knees and we cannot rely on him being fit for any lengthy spell, I'm afraid.

12 Aug 2020 17:53:39
Rangers have made a loan bid for Andreas Skov Olsen.

The offer was rejected by his club Bologna, according to reports in Italy.

The Danish youth international winger cost the Serie A side £5.4m and they will only let him leave on a permanent deal.

DUNFERMLINELOYAL

1.) 12 Aug 2020 18:10:32
Thats that out the window then.

2.) 12 Aug 2020 18:16:33
Yeah looks like it, he wasn't a main stay in their side so hopefully we could look to get him at a cut price but looks like no loan.

3.) 12 Aug 2020 18:33:15
Defo can't really afford 5 mill i doubt without people leaving to balance books i wouldn't think.

4.) 12 Aug 2020 20:11:59
Rumour is bid has gone in.

5.) 13 Aug 2020 07:51:19
Don't believe it for one minute.

6.) 13 Aug 2020 08:37:16
Please be true, he’s a baller.

7.) 13 Aug 2020 09:10:26
Are we using next seasons ticket money to bring in new players?

8.) 13 Aug 2020 11:02:35
SOS we definitely need to start cashin in on players if we are continuing to spend that's for sure.

9.) 13 Aug 2020 12:07:40
Every chance we are paying fees in installments and spread out, as per most transfers these days. I'm not panicked about the way we are running, feel we will be within our means and also don't see why we automatically have to sell. We don't know the financial ins and outs, let's have a bit faith in those who do!

10.) 13 Aug 2020 12:32:04
The Europa league money will cover all transfers as we made more than 20 million.

11.) 13 Aug 2020 12:37:14
Snell the accounts don't look to clever hence why most folk thinks we probably need to sell b4 buying more. Even king said previous we need to start making money on players. They kit situ this season will help but with this virus each home game missed we are losing money.

12.) 13 Aug 2020 13:07:59
Bellshill no we didn't make over 20mill. And the season previous to last we made group stages. spent around 10mill and ended up minus 11mill for the season.

13.) 13 Aug 2020 14:06:08
Every club needs to make money on players mate, King wasn't pointing out anything unusual there. Pointim trying to make is we don't know what money has come in recently and how that is factored/ divided Vs what we have going out for the fees as well as the structure of them. So why couldn't we bid 5 mill for someone just now? If for example it's part clauses or instalments over a few years? We just don't know mate!

14.) 13 Aug 2020 16:10:15
Absolutely correct bro Snell
A few months back there was talk of big money coming into our club. Can any of you state categorically that this hasn’t been the case? We may get a big surprise and find ourselves in a better position financially than quite a few of you have supposed.

15.) 13 Aug 2020 17:40:09
kerrymac2 will find out soon enough i guess. but previous accounts who anyone can view on companies house doesn't make good reading. like u say hopefully this is the case re investment. we certainly cannot dilute the shares much more or the become worthless. european football and selling players on at a profit are essential to our club. Champions league next season would be unreal for us and bag us 35-40 mill.

16.) 13 Aug 2020 20:59:24
Paul 86 with gate receipts prize money and tv money the total will be around 20 million. Add to that the increased revenue from merchandise that's coming into the club, the added sponsors on our strips and other new revenue finances won't be an issue.

17.) 13 Aug 2020 21:23:33
Bellshill yes mate around 16 or 17million. Not over 20mill as stated. guess we will juzt need to wait for next set of accounts to be published. Only thing extra is litrle bit extra shirt sales. As we had euro money and shirt sales with hummel season b4 that also.

18.) 13 Aug 2020 21:25:30
keeping in mind if we do reach europa league groups this season with no fans u can knock that figure back to 7mill.

08 Jul 2019 13:39:34
Heard strong rumours that Crystal palace are to come in with a bid for Morelos believed to be around £13m. The club value Morelos much more than this and it will be rejected.

DUNFERMLINELOYAL

1.) 08 Jul 2019 15:19:54
I think a bid of 13 million and alfs off. The boy Roofe from Leeds would be a great signing. In SG we trust. 55 on the way.

2.) 08 Jul 2019 16:48:57
Don't want to sound negative at all here and put a spanner in the works regarding this speculation of leeds utd forward, kemar roofe. Just can't see for the life of me, us signing roofe, especially for as little as £5million, which has been said,
whether he's in the final year of his contract, or not. Firstly i'd doubt very much that roofe would come to the scottish premiership and secondly i doubt we could afford him, as his fee if he does leave leeds, will be a lot more than £5million. There will also be numerous clubs interested in signing roofe, who could afford him. Hope i'm totally wrong, as i really think he'd be a tremendous signing for us!

3.) 08 Jul 2019 17:11:00
Another spanner in the works is I've been told morelos, would not qualify for a work permit in the EPL. Anyone know the rules.

4.) 08 Jul 2019 17:24:31
Well yeah if he is going into last year of his contract then 5 million probably be about right.

5.) 08 Jul 2019 22:14:12
I believe the rules for work permits are based on the home office rules rather than EPL, therefore he wouldn’t need to apply for another work permit (if he’s going there) .

6.) 08 Jul 2019 22:16:05
Pretty certain British rules are the same.

7.) 08 Jul 2019 22:21:22
Return of the Isle of Mull.

There is every chance Morelos would get a permit. The current FA rules make it almost impossible to not get one, particularly when there is a the possibility of young applicants with big promise.

8.) 09 Jul 2019 23:53:44
If they do Gerrard will bite their hand off for that amount.

9.) 09 Jul 2019 23:54:00
have to be honest dunfermline i think the lad is a superb player but at 13m throw in add ons / a sell on clause i'd sell

he has ability to play at a higher level but his temperament is still a question - SPL cloggers will target him even more now and as good as he is he’s no use to us in the stand with us down to 10

if he has a much better disciplinary record this yr ill be delighted to be proven wrong. but cannot see it lads

i had a debate with mols on here start last season about morelos merits and despite all his goals we drew/ lost big games we cld easily have won because he walked early.

10.) 09 Jul 2019 23:58:55
He would likely get a work permit as it’s the same British home office that we use in Scotland.
He was awarded 1 for us BEFORE he was capped at senior level due to his involvement with Colombia throughout the age groups so now he’s actually capped it would be highly likely he would be successful in his work permit application if it’s even required.

Team names for tomorrow;
Fod, Tav, Bates, Wilson, Beerman, Holt, Haliday, Hyndman, Mackay, Wag, Garner.

Excited to see bates play.

DUNFERMLINELOYAL

1.) 04 Apr 2017 13:12:55
How shite must senderos be though? We could have went with a 3 at the back and Pedro reckons 2 u20's are better equipped than Senderos, says a lot about some of Warburtons signings.

2.) 04 Apr 2017 13:18:17
Senderos was basically an emergency signing since we never got any of our primary targets for the role. He was there in case 2 CB were injured. If bates are better then he should play.

3.) 04 Apr 2017 13:18:20
I take that back it appears Senderos is injured too. he is still shite though.

4.) 04 Apr 2017 13:23:08
Onlyshow, lol. 😁

5.) 04 Apr 2017 14:04:08
Beerman was getting mentioned in glowing terms but this will be a baptism of fire. Bates is at last getting a game, I wish the both of them well and would like to think they are capable of making the grade.

6.) 04 Apr 2017 14:07:53
Why play Senderos when he's away at end of season and is Barry White! Give the youth a chance and hopefully a few will take the opportunity.

7.) 04 Apr 2017 15:13:16
Sendros is also Injured.

8.) 04 Apr 2017 15:56:19
I will be happy with a point and a good performance tomorrow. A defeat will have Pedro ducking for cover after 3 games

9.) 04 Apr 2017 16:34:59
It shows how bad we are if you're happy with a point against killie. As for ducking for cover after 3 games, that's ridiculous. He'll be given time to get his own players in before being judged. Too many of our fans expect instant success which was never going to happen.

10.) 04 Apr 2017 16:35:15
Why is Miller not playing? Gambling again but at least all the idiots who don't rate lee Wallace will be happy he is injured.

11.) 04 Apr 2017 16:48:44
This will be good for the two young boys flung in nothing too lose remember the likes of Danny Wilson Stacie smith being flung in they did well and if I remember correct both of them made there first appearances In Europe.

Before anyone says they aren't exactly world beaters now I recon wilsons is due too the Liverpool move and smith due too the bad injury he had.

12.) 04 Apr 2017 17:06:41
del1976 happy with a point against killie what kinda rastafarian fluff are you puffing 2nd place is out of reach now i reckon but we should be demanding a decent run of victorys in the run up to this semi final victorys breed confidence

13.) 04 Apr 2017 18:48:04
I won't be happy with a point, I expect three points from every game and I don't really care how we get them.

14.) 04 Apr 2017 18:41:20
senderos was on the bench at the weekend not injured and still didn't get a game

the injury u are talking about is called old age.

what we need is to see how these young boys can play and if they are redy untill next season that is and hopefully pedro is better at identifying that its cb's quality cb's we need.

thats the most important roles to fill but we also need a proper goal machine. i think rooney from the sheep would be better for us and he certainly knows the league and where the net is

15.) 04 Apr 2017 18:47:29
Really want wee Serg Atayaki to get in the squad even a spot on the bench the lads playing well for Youth team!

16.) 04 Apr 2017 18:54:48
Probably a decent game to throw these boys in as Killie have big injury problems as well

17.) 04 Apr 2017 19:12:29
When we were sent down it was the perfect opportunity to attract the cream of youth. Huge club, huge name, class facilities and could have guaranteed a start for talented young players. Would have given a few seasons to blood, build a cohesive team and have talented assets with a sell on value. For the size of club and quality of facilities we haven't really maximised youth prospects, too often looking for a quick fix. Anyone else feel we really missed a trick?

18.) 04 Apr 2017 22:33:14
what I am saying a point would be a decent result. Killie played well at the weekend. Saying that hopefully Jig does us a favour and rests some of his good players

19.) 05 Apr 2017 14:13:33
A lot of young guys did play tho, McKay, Crawford, Hutton, Perry, Little, Naismith, but none of them were good enough

20.) 05 Apr 2017 17:49:14
I get we tried a few Ascot, I was just wondering why we didn't sell the club and first team football as a major point to talented youngsters. Those named may not have cut it but I'm curious why a club our size and stature with the facilities we have can't churn out youngsters of the right standard? We could have won the lower leagues taking a punt on some young guys rather than fork out thousands a week on p1sh. Kevin Kyle made a fortune off us. Boy is a taxi driver now.

21.) 06 Apr 2017 20:53:50
Tomusa, that's the problem we have, you plus many others expect 3 points every game, plus you don't care how we get them, that in my opinion is nonsense, I want to play teams off the park, I want Glasgow rangers to become a great football team, with Murray park world renowned for producing great players.

Ridvan still another 3 weeks away atleast. This one is dragging on a bit for what seemed a straight forward hamstring injury.

No big issue on this one as barasic form has improved a lot since the WC, however i do still feel that the 2 full back areas have been the weak links in the squad since beales arrival.

DUNFERMLINELOYAL

1.) 10 Feb 2023 14:32:27
That's because that is the way Beale plays you would be better complaining about our 2 cm not doing they job and filling in for them when our fullbacks attack it's just our system now and it's a far better system than it was previously.

2.) 10 Feb 2023 15:24:28
I can't wait to the lad's back, and we can see what he has to offer. Not seen enough of him, but looks full of energy, who likes to attack, and get stuck in. I think this boy has real potential.

3.) 10 Feb 2023 15:44:23
Borna has the most assists in Scotland and a couple goals with the CBs in place now the clean sheets are coming aswell.

4.) 10 Feb 2023 17:31:30
It was said yilmas would be out twelve weeks minimum with the worst grade hamstring injury u can get Dunfermline.

5.) 10 Feb 2023 17:46:19
anyone think he could play rw just a question.

6.) 10 Feb 2023 18:30:30
Left sided player Christian.

7.) 10 Feb 2023 19:39:08
Our usual luck then, John ?.

8.) 10 Feb 2023 19:51:49
C2020 who are you asking can play right wing? We don’t play with wingers.

Is it time up for Gio?

DUNFERMLINELOYAL

1.) 13 Oct 2022 11:24:43
Yes. It was months ago. the 2nd annihilation at celtic should have done it.

12 May 2022 12:24:00
Still no news of any Fan Zone or Locations to watch the match in Seville for those without a ticket.

Does anyone on here have any new information?

DUNFERMLINELOYAL

1.) 12 May 2022 12:41:54
UEFA have told ticketless fans not to travel to Seville.

2.) 12 May 2022 13:00:18
Bit late for that though. Probably around 60,000 already booked flights and accomodation. The game is in 6 days.

3.) 12 May 2022 13:14:26
Heart and Hand made a good point - It's not up to UEFA or the Spanish authorities to accommodate ticketless fans with somewhere to watch the game in Seville.
But in the same token, you would think the local authorities in Seville would see it makes perfect business sense to try and reach an agreement on somewhere for the fans of both clubs to enjoy the game.
Especially with the money it will generate for the local economy.

4.) 12 May 2022 14:54:46
Think they will have to put something on, last thing they going to do is advertise it. They will announce fan zones on the day its a certainty. They be trying to put as many people off from travelling as possible.

02 Feb 2022 11:08:59
The club should have done everything in their power to get Alfie on a plane home in time for this game tonight. After being left out of the first squad you would have thought we would have had some contact with the columbian FA.

DUNFERMLINELOYAL

1.) 02 Feb 2022 12:31:59
nothing they can do mate, Fifa back country over club. if the country say they need him then he goes and stays until released.

2.) 02 Feb 2022 12:41:47
Dunfermline, how do you know we didn't?

3.) 02 Feb 2022 12:44:20
How do u know we didn't?

31 Jan 2022 15:05:52
How have we pulled this one off?!

We all know Ramsey staying fit is the big issue but if we can have him fit he should suit our system to a t.

Does he get thrown straight into the side on wednesday night?

DUNFERMLINELOYAL

1.) 31 Jan 2022 15:31:43
Defo should he's still Been training and he's a professional athletes so will still have a good level of fitness.

2.) 31 Jan 2022 16:10:24
Deem and also has been deemed fit ento play for wales.

Would be happy with this as it would cement the idea that we are looking in new places with signings. I personally think there is a lot of good value in the turkish league and this could also be useful move for settling Ridvan Yilmaz in glasgow ahead of next season.

On the player himself, he is definetly a prospect and is a great age. Would be an upgrade on what we currently have anyway.

Personally i'd bite their hand for 2m. Can see us looking to offload him in the summmer anyway, and think if we were short of natural striker cover between now and the end of season we would be better using sakala in the central role or worst case bleeding young robbie ure. Colak offers the side very little and since the goals have dried up he's a bit of a wasted jersey.

OF games are won in middle of park though and we need our players to be at the top their game on sunday.

All fair balancing the books but if we allow celtic a free ride into the champions league year after year then we may be waiting for 56 for too long. The board now have a clear pattern of not strengthening from a position of strength and making reactionary decisions. This will not help us.

Hard to say as i really do love davis but he has looked well off it this season for me.
