I'm being told after the game Tav, Butland, Lawrence met PS and said the players wanted the manager out.

Thats a bloody cheek. They 3 have contributed nothing to this season. Not one of them fit to wear the Rangers jersey let alone the captain and vc. I believe that Clement getting the sack was the right decision but, if what you say about these 3 is true i'd fire them all too. Players have to take responsibility and for christ sake, Tav has seen off at least 3 managers now, he is a joke of a player and a captain imo.

Like any of those three have the cheek to do that, not one of them has performed all season and should be away with the manager.

Too many of this bunch have seen countless managers come and go. If EHL is right then we have a massive job even getting to the end of the season.

Tav in particular wants to have a look in. Heading straight up the tunnel after yet another below par performance. Manager does need to go but players have played a massive part in this by some horrendous performances.

I actually hope if Tav gets a testimonial (which I don't think he should) not a lot of fans turn up this guy has seen over more managers than any other player in history of football I think. The only good bit of football I can remember is playing was when he wasn't in the team.

Letting go of Clement is the correct decision but a few of the players need to go or have a look at themselves! too many players in our squad have outlasted multiple managers.

If this is true it explains a lot regarding the performances, in my line of work "uniform" I had a few bosses I didn't like but I had to get on with it, if someone had went to a higher rank and said they wanted rid of their boss they would have been told exactly where to go who do they think they are, so if they don't like the next boss they run back to say they want rid of him, they are paid handsomely to do a job just do it and shut up.

If PS sacked clement, and bisgrove and bennett sacked beale because some players said so then there are deeper problems than we thought. Surely players aren't deciding who stays and who doesn't. If that were the case then no one would be stupid enough to become our manager.

Perhaps like Clement Tav also headed right up the tunnel as he could see the players weren't following instruction. then he, butland and Lawrence met as the leadership group at the boards request where they said the players had got to a point where they had lost confidence. let's wait and hear what come out as this could be read into so many ways.
