Can I say a huge well done mr murty, very well organised, that's just showed me how bad mark warburton was, he would never have lined up like that. great draw today, but we really could have nicked that there.
1.) 12 Mar 2017 17:15:24
It was actually just basic tactics tbh. warbs was to caught up in the 'barca way' of playing which only wrks for Barcelona type players. i actually thought murty won the tactical battle with brenda.
2.) 12 Mar 2017 17:44:24
With what i seen of the game i thought they played well. And proves that there isn't that much difference between them. Murty should take great pride in the job he's done these last few weeks. And although there's still work needing done the team look a lot better.
3.) 12 Mar 2017 23:05:48
agreed fellow bears, Murty and the players deserve great credit for result and performance today - just shows what you can do with some basic tactics, organisation and togetherness, sadly lacking for too long under MW
For long periods we held our own in the game and had a few great chances - a proper poacher wld surely have stuck 1 or 2 of them in the pokey.
I just wonder what Pedro made if it all and what his plans are for a very average squad - hopefully he sees like the rest of us a whole new spine is needed espesh 2 cntr halves 2 strong cntr mids (if hyndmans loan isn't extended) a poacher and quality winger with pace sorry baz you were poor today wee man and shoved aside and lost the ball far too easily.
4.) 12 Mar 2017 23:30:53
No wit bugs me rite we no our team isn't up to scratch and seam to be struggling in games but we no that but for Celtic thay think thay are great am looking forward for this semi final
5.) 13 Mar 2017 13:05:04
Somewhere the Loafy One is preaching to a bunch of wide-eyed 19 year olds in some clapped out old college PE course that passing the ball to death sideways is the way to go and they'll learn from it.

Players that I would love to get rid of this summer,
Maybe offer hill one more year, definitely keep miller
Try and get rossiter and cranjcar fit.
That would get us money and free up big part of the wage bill, but only if some other club wants them.
1.) 12 Apr 2017 21:38:33
A fit kranjcar would be a massive player for us next season. Wondering if rossiter will ever find full fitness. Hill and miller should definitely get another year. Bring in a winger, striker (maybe 2) a right back, a defensive midfielder and a central defender
2.) 13 Apr 2017 15:44:28
Here's the players i would like caixinha to sign for rangers in the summer! Aberdeen holding midfielder ryan jack, vladimir weiss/ jamie walker wingers, christophe berra centre half, sumalia centre half, a class striker! I agree JD90,niko kranjcar if back to full fitness will be tremendous for us, the guy is a class act, there's no doubt about that! Jordan rossiter can be a big player for us, if we can get him fit! I'd most definitely give both kenny miller and clint hill, one year contracts!
3.) 13 Apr 2017 15:46:47
IF we can have a fully fit Krancjar AND Rossiter its 2 new quality signings! Really feel for Rossiter but still think its odd that our medics didn't see anything during medical OR Warbs knew but took the gamble! Its astonishing as the lad was playing for the England Development Squad when we signed him! Anyways having him and Nico hungry and in shape will be fantastic!
Regarding Transfers I can see us doing a few deals that include a player plus Fee, players like O'halloran Forrester Halliday may go but these deals will be for up and coming players at Clubs either in the SPFL or Lge One. Do you think that these players have done enough to merit any interest from elswhere? Wish this wasnt the case but Halliday etc will be off to Clubs like Bury.
If these players dig there heels in over wages then the only other option imo is to loan them out recouping as much in wages as we can as paying them off is something I do not want to see us doing. Think Waghorn may generate some interest and i'd let him go for 500k and got a feeling Warbs may come in for Tavs.
We could offer Kiernan or O'halloran as part of a deal for say someone like Patterson or Crawford BUT will they go due to money we may need to actually give outgoing player a pay off which i think we will do!
4.) 13 Apr 2017 17:17:13
Would like to think we will told more about Rossiter and how he is with his injury but prob most likely that we'll know what's happening if the lad is involved in our pre-season.
Also heard that Crooks got injured but no news as to how serious, totally agree about the involvement of the younger lads and if we see Atayaki Burt and the other lad who was on the bench against the sheep get game time on top of Bates and Beerman would be fantastic.
To have 5 players involved and all 5 to perform well to stake a claim could not come at a better time! Also to get these players in the first team and stay there would be great for the future of our squad.
To build a team of players from that age obviously need a mix of experience in there too would mean having a solid squad on the pitch, I know its a bit soon but we cannot afford to let these guys go especially for a fee that in 3-4yrs time could be so very different.
This may too make Glamour think about leaving as this could be the makings of a very good TEAM and having the likes of Miller Hill and Krancjar would surely help these guys.
Caixinha must make sure that if these lads have potential that they are not only signed up but have decent minimum fee clauses in their contracts to stop cheeky Premier League and Championship clubs offering 500k-1m for a player, as this sum of money is a pittance to them.
its far too easy for these clubs to offer 2-3 times the amount weekly wages to up and coming players. So with fingers crossed the intro of these 5 players will save us money on transfers to then use on a better calibre of player.
5.) 13 Apr 2017 17:19:59
Kranjcar will not play for Rangers again. Caixinha won't be interested in a player who is returning from serious injury and nor should he be. We need a strong squad next year with no passengers. Kranjcar is a special player but i fear he won't figure in our plans
6.) 13 Apr 2017 18:48:23
Clint hill should never get a new contract.
7.) 13 Apr 2017 22:51:17
I'd let Hill go as well, he's average at best and its only because the other CBS are so bad he's looked slightly better. if we could get 2 good CBS in and Wilson can keep up his recent good form i'd be happy.
8.) 14 Apr 2017 16:55:55
Can't believe someone wants to sign berra. He's well past his best.
11 Feb 2017 14:22:08
Looks like the club will have another legal battle, but the board have made a great call, if it's true that warburton and weir and mcparland tried and failed to work their ticket to Forrest then good on the board, so much for warburton showing respect to the club that payed his wages, well done rangers board members.
1.) 11 Feb 2017 14:29:17
Seen that mate, and if true then they have dealt with it superbly.
2.) 11 Feb 2017 14:32:40
Totally agree Delboy, I have criticised the board's actions on many occasions, but with this decision they are spot on, and all credit to them for calling it correctly.
09 Feb 2017 23:04:07
I wish someone at the managers presser would ask about Jordan rossiter, I'm quite surprised that nobody has asked him about rossiter in a while, considering he was only 2 weeks away 2 months ago.
1.) 10 Feb 2017 04:04:10
Training today with Krancjar!
2.) 10 Feb 2017 10:38:23
yes i would also like to know more about young Rossiter's situation as it would stop us from speculating, why haven't Rangers sent him away to get him the best treatment? or have we? we just don't know!
3.) 10 Feb 2017 12:26:14
At the same presser, i wish someone would ask " Mr Warburton, tell us WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED?
4.) 10 Feb 2017 12:30:52
TOMUSA, can I just ask how you know Rossi ter was out training with Kranjcar the other day. There were several photos of Niko on the club website but none of Rossi ter. Not saying you're wrong, just wondering how you know?
5.) 10 Feb 2017 13:57:52
Thanks Tom I also never saw any pics of him training though
03 Feb 2017 09:21:34
Shoot me down all you want but if the gaffer was to get sacked I would want billy Davies with Barry Ferguson as his number 2,,,I know most fans would prob disagree with me but I,ll tell you one thing they would bring passion and blood and thunder back to ibrox,,but that's me and I don't have a say on what's happening
1.) 03 Feb 2017 10:20:12
I believe everyone said no when we were linked with him before warbs.
2.) 03 Feb 2017 11:06:52
King wouldn't want Billy Davies as he is not a yes man and if he wasn't getting the funds for players and wages that he wanted he would soon say so.
As for BF, what is about his management of Clyde that makes him a candidate for our #2?
3.) 03 Feb 2017 11:51:12
Naz I think they would be a great partnership at ibrox, as for Barry being at Clyde it's a totally different ball game than coming to ibrox, but both of them know the club inside out, both would walk to ibrox if given the chance to manage the club, and I, ll tell you one thing, they would make us hard to beat strait away, then build up the quality, warburton is doing it the other way around, I would love to know how much of a say David weir has at ibrox, because surely he can't be happy with that defence of ours.
4.) 03 Feb 2017 12:41:16
He woukdnt want billy davies because he became a laughing stick in the media when he was at forrest, don't think he could handle the pressure of being rangers manager, he also got slated for not playing youth players
5.) 03 Feb 2017 13:12:16
If Billy Davies becomes rangers manager I will be giving up my season ticket. Awful person and manager.
6.) 03 Feb 2017 16:41:48
I agree with you delboy1979! I've said on here ages ago how much i rate and like wee billy davies as a manager! Everything you say about davies I reiterate mate! Very good shout delboy1979!When i wanted davies as our new manager before warburton got it, i was shot down in flames, so don't worry about it my friend! All people could say was he's not the right man because of things in his personal life, allegedly! What he does away from ibrox is his business obviously within reason but there's one thing, the wee man can most certainly manage and coach! He would take a flamethrower to the weak players we have just now, such is the wee man's passion!
7.) 03 Feb 2017 16:48:17
weir said we don't have any defensive worries a couple of weeks ago if I remember right. he has his favourites aswell.
but an old man who is the slowest player in our league is our br at the moment and I don't understand why the management can't see that
02 Feb 2017 10:08:51
People who have read my posts know iv always supported our gaffer,,but I can't defend that,,the score line last night is a disgrace,,I haven't read or seen the gaffers reply,,but I hope he doesn't say we will learn from it,,or it was a bad day at the office,,I'm bloody raging after last night
1.) 02 Feb 2017 11:10:07
Team for Saturday has to have big changes. Change of formation, change of centre backs, Get dodoo and waghorn as the strikers.
2.) 02 Feb 2017 14:24:23
The same Waghorn who missed 2 sitters against Motherwell and has only managed to score against Hamilton
3.) 02 Feb 2017 16:15:18
I'm exactly like you delboy1979! I have continually backed mark warburton but that level of performance is not on! I was sitting in that roseburn stand last night spitting feathers! I was raging! I was one of the few who stayed to the end, as i always do! His decision to take hyndman off was unbelievable to put it mildly!
21 Apr 2017 18:26:53
Hyndman won't be here next year.
21 Apr 2017 18:25:48
I'll never forgive is those fans that all left the club high and dry, it was the yanks and goian who stood by us, and a couple of others, of course they weren't going to play 3rd division football, but they should have got the club money, even if the club never got it, at that time nobody knew how much of a crooked board we had.
18 Apr 2017 10:15:41
17 Apr 2017 12:39:16
Omg that just proves how stupid hibs fans are, it's called taking the mick
16 Apr 2017 19:16:09
Totally agree about McKay and o'halloran, but I think the gaffer likes waggy, if he gets his head down and starts scoring again he could be here next year
24 Apr 2017 10:09:42
Clear penalty all day long, humped 2-0, never thought 2-0 could be classed as a humping, but they were miles better, get the money out mr King or be happy to finish 2/ 3rd every season, but at least tell the fans what our aims are next year/
24 Apr 2017 10:07:03
Listen it's warburtons players, they all need to go, not fit to were the jersey, btw I'm talking about players he signed, we must try and get rid of as many as possibly.
24 Apr 2017 10:06:17
What do you mean no excuses, they are miles better than the players we have, I'm glad we never won yesterday, that was the worst thing we done last year, now the board must find serious money, if they want challenge Aberdeen then Celtic.
24 Apr 2017 10:03:38
Was king there yesterday?
22 Apr 2017 12:25:04
Agreed, I was stunned to hear he had died, just goes to show, even if you're super fit, when your time is up, it's up, rest in peace big man.
