Defoe on season long loan with us paying 1/2 his wages

GovanFront7

1.) 08 Jul 2018 23:51:38
Would be a fantastic signing.

2.) 09 Jul 2018 01:30:43
If true, we're essentially paying 1.2 million for an aging formerly top striker for a season.

A loan is better for us than signing him permanently because of his age and gives us another season to look for new striking options.

He'll do a good job for us I'm sure.

3.) 09 Jul 2018 07:37:55
1.2 for a season loan is to much. we’re already going to pay a loan fee to bring in the young boy from Roma aswell.

If these loan fees for come to the region of over 1.5 million surely we would be better taking that money and take a put on buying a young striker instead.

4.) 09 Jul 2018 08:07:51
Simple as this. If we do sign jermain defoe on a season long loan deal, imo
it would be terrific for us, whether he's 35 years or not! This guy is an absolute finisher and would find it even easier, up here in scotland,
scoring goals! He knows where to be and is a very natural finisher. I would even hope we could sign defoe,
on a 2 year loan deal! He'd be tremendous for us!

5.) 09 Jul 2018 09:21:47
Story I heard last week Hummel paying defoes wages. As part of deal re training ground.

6.) 09 Jul 2018 09:35:53
He’s in the final year of his contract so no need for a 2 year loan deal

7.) 09 Jul 2018 10:06:48
There hasn’t been any approach from rangers to Bournemouth for Defoe, it’s not going to happen

8.) 09 Jul 2018 10:57:54
HUMMEL PAYING DEFOE'S WAGES hahahahahahahahahahahahaha c'mon to **** catch a GRIP of yourself

9.) 09 Jul 2018 11:13:19
We couldn't afford even half his wages he is on about 80grand a week

10.) 09 Jul 2018 11:44:44
Ldm wait and see,

11.) 09 Jul 2018 16:05:15
Why pay all this money on a player with no value wages is about 30,000 a week halved we couldn't pay that remember ebt pish take the hint we are getting over our heads if we think we can sign a player like him come on still got a season to gel and **** them over here we go no ten in a row or 9 at that lol

12.) 09 Jul 2018 16:23:26
Hummel are not and will not be paying his wages Jboy 21 this isn’t even a rumour it’s absolute NONSENSE. I cannot even believe i’ve been hooked in to discuss such *****

Just saw that the odds have been suspended on rangers finishing last this season due to Administration. WTF is all this about?

GovanFront7

1.) 08 Jan 2018 19:34:15
Dark side propoganda

2.) 08 Jan 2018 19:43:13
Its all about people trying to unsettle things at the club and trying to stop us pushing on through signings etc. Every chance to have a -pop at us- media, rags, washed up players . they all want to boot the in . Send it on NO ONE LIKES US WE DON'T CARE!

3.) 08 Jan 2018 19:46:00
Its a lot of pants, absolute pants

4.) 08 Jan 2018 19:52:26
Pure Timothy behaviour. They call is a dead club but in the last week they've released a film about how dead wee are and released it at celtic park. They've emailed Brighton saying how much in debt we are then all bet on rangers to be relegated this year. Obsessed much?

5.) 08 Jan 2018 19:53:32
I'm reading this too, how can this be though if Rangers are currently recruiting?, two players in and a new Assistant Manager? .

6.) 08 Jan 2018 20:00:50
Just seen that anaw something is in right the board should come out and tell the fans what's going on or what's it about. SHOCKING IF TRUE

7.) 08 Jan 2018 20:11:10
suspended taking money as there ws a rush of bets, fuelling rumour of admin. not suspended bets due to admin. totally different.

8.) 08 Jan 2018 20:24:44
lawells media puppets earning their cash one positive result at parkhead and they need to start something to keep us at arms length do believe were not flush for cash but were nowhere near administration

9.) 08 Jan 2018 21:25:45
Can't believe anybody falling for that rubbish

10.) 08 Jan 2018 21:30:40
Your last version of the club tried to sign cousins wasn’t it, on the day you went in to admin 🤦🏼‍♂️ Can’t make it up.

11.) 08 Jan 2018 21:40:22
Betting was also suspended year or two ago because we were signing Robin van persie mind?

12.) 08 Jan 2018 21:54:00
Whose disagreed with that? So your telling me it didn’t happen? . oh dear!

13.) 09 Jan 2018 00:52:20
You used to call us paranoid, don't think admin2 is on the horizon. more validity on the van persie rumour. Stop reading the daily rag lol.

14.) 09 Jan 2018 13:07:38
Its about an anti Rangers social media campaign regarding our financial situation. Funny how its surfacing when we are trying to attract players to the club in this transfer window. Shows the power of social media.

15.) 09 Jan 2018 13:08:36
Maybe it’s one of Timalloys tips

16.) 09 Jan 2018 13:09:26
Fear and propaganda from the unoffcial press office of Celtic.

17.) 09 Jan 2018 13:12:25
For the person that disagreed, Counsins on hold.
goo.gl/urBa1

18.) 09 Jan 2018 13:22:49
It’s too ridiculous for words. This is the bookmaking industry we are talking about. At the advertised odds of 5000/1 it would only take two dhims to place £10 bets to have betting suspended.

19.) 10 Jan 2018 12:36:26
Bets placed by the same dhims that donated thousands of pounds to the fake go fund me page to have us stripped of titles. Its called obsession. I wonder how many collections trays will miss out on the queens pound this week, and they call us gullible 😞.

Rangers are looking to get Dundee Defender Jack Hendry in January. Don’t know much about him, thoughts?

GovanFront7

1.) 15 Dec 2017 11:24:42
Great news if true watched him against us and dons and was strolling the games really played well and was a stand out for me that he is a player we should be looking at but as usual English money bags might waste the boy . I'd buy him and loan Dundee bates to get a cut price and would help bates development good for both clubs also would look at their captain the boy Kerr good solid right back think he's still young but I might be wrong lol

2.) 15 Dec 2017 14:02:57
I would keep bates and get shot of cardoso. Another one who has failed to impress and to be honest is cardoso better than bates? I don't think so. I would rather we kept bates and developed him ourselves.

3.) 15 Dec 2017 14:11:49
Hendry is 22 years old and has played just 35 senior games, half of them this season. Very inexperienced for his age and not much development in him. Don't think so. Kerr is marginally better.

4.) 15 Dec 2017 17:32:11
Inexperienced? Mccrorie is inexperienced but 1st name on theteam sheet I was just saying the lad has talent and if Kerr is better lol sign him up move tav forward cause on the evidence of the othe night tav canny defend

5.) 15 Dec 2017 17:59:28
We could do with Hendry's height in our backline. Wouldn't get hopes up though as there's a few club's monitoring his progression. It is important for our club to keep in the mix with players of his potential. He looked composed on the ball and was fairly good in the air against Aberdeen last Friday. Don't know how you came to the conclusion there's no developement. he's 22 years of age and is consistently performing for his club.

6.) 17 Dec 2017 02:33:48
Cardoso is better than alves, Wilson and Bates. Bates is awful as is Wilson and alves isn't interested.

05 Dec 2017 16:21:14
Wigan looking at Windass in January. Thoughts?

GovanFront7

1.) 05 Dec 2017 16:34:20
It just shows you what a bit of tactical knowledge can do for a player. If this story had popped up 6 weeks ago we’d be biting their hands off. Now. not to sure since he’s shown us he can be more consistent for longer.

2.) 05 Dec 2017 16:49:12
sure hope so

3.) 05 Dec 2017 16:55:33
Keep him unless its crazy money we’re talking

4.) 05 Dec 2017 17:08:56
No chance I know a lot of people slate him but murty has shown us there is a cracking player in there

5.) 05 Dec 2017 17:14:57
Better stump up the cash then, considering he's scoring goals and the daft amounts of money they throw about down there for Englishmen.

6.) 05 Dec 2017 17:25:58
I'd like to keep of of windass for a little longer. See if the new manager can improve him. I think he has more potential

7.) 05 Dec 2017 17:44:59
Needs to cut out the stupid stuff at times lucky not to be off a couple of games this season! Got good ability but struggles to make the correct decision at times

8.) 05 Dec 2017 18:36:41
5 mill take it and run!

9.) 05 Dec 2017 19:02:45
Windass and Morelos could form a good partnership

10.) 05 Dec 2017 19:03:09
Wigan have 5million? remember how cheap warbs got 3 players of them for! Then bare in mind the fee's received for McKay and co to championship clubs. Doubt it.

11.) 05 Dec 2017 19:21:47
I always thought he had the potential, but lacked the motivation/ guidance. Speaks volumes that Murts has managed to get it out him. Keep him till end of this campaign at least.

12.) 06 Dec 2017 08:11:12
I don’t know why but I’ve always liked him. Can be frustrating at times but he’s young with potential. I would like to keep him

26 Jan 2017 16:20:54
Hull are in for Windass, bid rejected apparently

GovanFront7

1.) 26 Jan 2017 16:54:31
Saw this reported on HITC. Haven't seen anything reported by them that has materialised or been proven true.

2.) 26 Jan 2017 17:41:00
Livermore and potentially the exit of Snodgrass leaves Hull short in midfield.
Like to see Windass stay but Warburton stated every player has a price.
Does Windass not have a release clause in his contract?

3.) 26 Jan 2017 17:46:38
Yeah I think it's either 2.5 or 3.5 million

4.) 26 Jan 2017 18:40:35
Yeah I thought it was 3 million.

5.) 26 Jan 2017 18:40:48
Windass has a big future he's been abit hit or miss this season but I honestly believe he will become a top class player just needs some more experience and some more belief! Wouldn't like to lose him

6.) 26 Jan 2017 18:13:17
1.5 million bid apparently but I have to say if a offer of 5 or 6 million came in I would consider it!

7.) 26 Jan 2017 19:01:55
would like windass to stay as i think he got something if used properly. i. e used as a number 10 with a couple of ball winners behind him. mind you i think that would apply to about 5 of our midfielders

8.) 26 Jan 2017 19:46:16
We are not selling windass blah blah blah we are skint get over it . Its rather funny these rumours who knows we might sign kevin kempl next as a new CDM he's on 70k a week we could use the windass money to pay his wages hahahahahah.

9.) 27 Jan 2017 07:31:35
Windass has a £3m buy out clause in his contract. So won't be going on the cheap regardless.

10.) 27 Jan 2017 08:32:41
Where on earth did you pick the figure of £5-6 million up? I rate him highly but he has featured in 15 games this season and scored on goal. On the bench every week or injured. For £5-6m in the English Premier League alone you could get Patrick Bamford or Tom Carroll who both have a bit of experience at the top flight. Why would someone offer that for a fringe player in Scotland. People really need to get a grip!

11.) 27 Jan 2017 09:30:00
Hopefully they bid £3m for him bite their hands off and get rid and be happy with the profit he's mince.

12.) 27 Jan 2017 09:38:09
It's really a win-win situation. We keep him = Maintain a good young player. He goes = Tidy bit of business.

13.) 27 Jan 2017 09:43:36
Lol if we were offered 5-6 million it would be more than considered the boy wouldn't even touch the marble staircase on the way out. He's a decent player with a big future. But we got him for under 200 grand if we were offered 2 mill he will be away that's why these players are signed to make a quick profit it's the only way we will survive until we get rid of Ashley same goes for mckay and any others sad to say but that's the position we are in

14.) 27 Jan 2017 12:02:55
totally agree blue genius!

got one concern though if say we get 2 million for him which would be generous to say the least, we need to get sum1 in basically on the same day as the transfer window is only open a few more days.

15.) 27 Jan 2017 18:47:51
£2m is ten times what we paid for him so, considering he's not exactly set the heather on fire, that amount of money would be snapped up. I think, no matter the claims about a release clause, anything over £1m would shift him.

What’s going on with the whole Sports Direct/ Rangers merchandising deal? I read in the papers we might need to scrap our deal with Hummel? I’d be disappointed with this, been loving the kits last year and the new ones!

What’s happening with Jordan Rossiter? Is he still alive?

GovanFront7

1.) 03 Sep 2018 12:38:18
Just hope the lad comes back fit and ready to go, we need a big squad when your in so many competition's.
Yes the guy has been fragile, but let's hope he can get fit and help the team.

2.) 03 Sep 2018 13:10:34
Ive gave up on Rossiter to be honest.

11 Aug 2018 14:29:56
Big Laff did the business today against the beggers, surely he has to be worth bringing in as another option upfront. The boy knows where the goal is.

GovanFront7

1.) 11 Aug 2018 14:32:59
Definitely I thought he was superb the day he always turns up against them.

2.) 11 Aug 2018 14:33:14
He's 7ft he plays the flute👍.

3.) 11 Aug 2018 14:38:20
Like him or hate him
Really think we have to get him on the books.
If Miller could do the business well into his thirties then so can the big man.

4.) 11 Aug 2018 14:41:12
Lafferty is a no brainer for me!

17 Jan 2018 18:57:37
Apparently we are looking at signing Emerson Hyndman.
I would be happy with this

GovanFront7

1.) 17 Jan 2018 19:12:24
Loan deal. Howe says he wants him to get games so he is in their first team squad next season

Really like McCann, he’s very knowledgeable. However I would also if preferred it to be Kevin Thomson.

My da is a villa park season ticket holder and has been for years and years. He always tells my villas ambitions are. 1. Avoid relegation 2. top 10 finish would be good. 3. possibly a cup final. They don’t even expect to push for a European spot. He would be going down there to battle relegation this season. seems a strange one to leave during a season where your guaranteed CL next season and more silverware. He’s still a young man And there will be plenty other English clubs who will be looking for a new manager every season why risk your reputation going down to Villa and scrapping at the bottom of the league. Odd.

Personally I would do everything to keep Big Buff, I think his goals will be hard to replace. if the books need balanced I would rather see Kamara move on.
