Frank Lampard is the boards outstanding candidate at this stage.
JB sees the commercial potential with Frank and feels he has a desire to put right his past managerial exploits. He is looking at bringing in Barry Ferguson and Jody Morris as his backroom staff.
Not for me personally. I like McInnis, ex player, good manager and can work with shoe string budgets.

Please don’t Rangers he can’t handle big egos or pressure he’s mediocre at best.

I'm calling this one as B/ S. if Bennet thinks such a poor manager is the answer then he needs to be removed from his position.

Actually think Mcinnes would be a shout Diablo. His teams are always very organised. Few fans have concerns, and rightly so, with his record of actually winning things. However that being said, we are desperately in need of a steady hand. An organiser and a motivator.

I know I'm in the minority, but I think Lampard would do very well.

Lampard ain’t the answer but to then come and mention McInnes nope he is kit right either.

There's nothing "outstanding" about Lampard's managerial capabilities.
If, and I stress, If, Bisgrove is putting "commercial potential" before everything else, then he can take his smarmy wee face, and dodgy barnet, and get t f*#@k!

No chance Lampard gets it. All the noise will be coming from his camp not ours.

Don`t want McInnes anywhere near the club, his record of winning things is one league cup with the sheep . Defensive and boring and a guy who when we were out the league was quite happy to lose every game to Celtic . His record against them with the "third force" is appalling but he was happy with it.

I also think McInnes is a good shout. I feel the rest of the Managers mentioned are Journey Men. If they do well they will be off to bigger clubs with bigger budgets.
Where as McInnes will bring more stability to the Club in the longterm if he does good.
He’s Scottish he knows the league and he was Walters choice. I think it’s worth a punt!

IF this is where the board are going then they're so out of touch with what we need. And I don't see what qualifies Barry Ferguson to be involved in any coaching role at the club. We need a calm but assertive, experienced head.

Got to be phillipe Clement, for me out all the candidates he has shown how to win and not at one club.

No thanks to Mcinnes or Lampard and no thanks to Barry Ferguson in any coaching role it’s out of the frying pan and into the fire.

My opinion if you knock back our club once then twice isn’t an option.

04 Oct 2023 13:35:39
Lampard nope McInnes Hell no I honestly don’t understand why anyone would want him.

Let’s be honest we don’t work on a shoestring budget teams like mwell killie and st mirren are a shoestring budget.

Super frankie lampard fingers crossed.

I’m a season ticket holder I for one don’t want Lampard at ibrox.

Only way I would take mcinnes is if he was assistant manager to a foreign manager just don’t see him battling it out with Brenda if he was our manager.

Lampard is a terrible step backwards
He can't handle the cauldron
Won nowt
It's a big name
Small manager.

Ask killie fans what they think of McInnis and you won't get a nice answer even with wins over both rangers and Celtic.

Gallardo is the number one option if he would come.

25.) 04 Oct 2023
04 Oct 2023 15:45:10
For me we need to go all out think big, what will cost a lot of money, but I think  marcello gallardo would be great, the mob at the other side of the city splash cash on bringing Brendan Rodgers in, we need to do the same.

26.) 04 Oct 2023
04 Oct 2023 15:49:39
Del McInnis is my choice. Knows the league, can work on a budget he would be happy with. Knows what's needed. My concern is the pkayers we bought are utter garbabe bar Butland. Butland should be captain!

I think they will choose Lampard from what I have been told. JB knows Frank and commercially he is rubbing his hands as he sees money maker with his close ties to Chelsea and City group. Will be in situ start of Interntional break. can't leave it any longer or league will be well over.

I hope there is someone coming out of left field, as so far I am not in the least motivated by any of the names quoted aas' favourites '

04 Oct 2023 16:42:54
Derek Mcinnes isn't in my top 3 for our manager's job but i always remember the late, great walter smith saying how highly he rated mcinnes as a manager and seen a future rangers manager in him ?.

29.) 04 Oct 2023

Ferguson and Morris ?Christ! ? the brain trust.

30.) 04 Oct 2023
04 Oct 2023 17:55:41
McInnes isn't in my top 100, he is a totally hopeless manager. One league cup, happy to play second fiddle to Celtic when we were out of the league, the guy is a serial loser. Is that the calibre of manager that Nisgrove and Bennett really want at our Club.
We have to go for a winner, someone that oozes quality and charisma, not a second rate manager like McInnes.

31.) 04 Oct 2023
04 Oct 2023 21:08:13
Maybe we are all confused, maybe McInnes is wanted as the new kit man.
