Cifuentes is on mid season break. He’s having a quick holiday, then he will sign. He’s in Hawaii. Players are entitled to a bit of chill time and he will obviously need it as he’s mid season about to start a heavy European season with us so let him enjoy his break. He will be here soon but we need a centre half more than anything now.

Livibear Coldo never put the club down on every post he made. Yes he would slag and put players down and there is nothing wrong with that. Ulsterbear is on a different level all together and possibly 1 tear higher than the mighty sweep.

Defensively, we were poor. Goldson struggles against a strong centre half and was bullied all day yesterday. Souttar unfortunately not good enough and I would go as far to say looks overweight. don't get Tav haters as without him we would be so worse off.
If he played in England, people would be raving about him and would be mentioned round about English team. Still think from yesterday, Silva not shown anything yet, thought dessers done well and he is getting better every week.
McCausland could do with a break and used sparingly, as has looked like a wee boy recently in games. Still believe we will win league but cannot afford anymore slip ups like yesterday.

Other way about in my opinion, goldson declining, souttar better but does look at the clouds at times, for me a fit balogun starts. Tavs goals amazing, defending is improved under PC, in the past it was woeful, discussed at length across stream thru the week.

Mckerns not having a go mate but silva was good when he cam on very creative and dessers again was very poor. I agree on you with tav (only this season) he's vastly improved his defending and not making many mistakes, take away his pens he's still hitting double figures.

Sorry I saw it differently yesterday thought Dessers put in a lot of effort but not clinical enough or sniffing out chances when the game is tight like that, I thought when Silva came in we looked more of a threat up top, he drops into pockets that defenders don’t want to go into, also penalty came from him.
He isn’t a poacher type or someone that will score you 30 goals a season but I believe he’s a good forward.

Thought silva was good when he came on, dessers was no bad, agree re McCausland he's looked a bit lost last 2/ 3 games, think his confidence has dipped a bit, he is still learning his craft though.

I said back in Jan that I worried for us if Dessers was what we went with to win league (please let me be wrong) .
Souttar is constantly played on left of 2, wonder how goldson would fair played there (probably not as good as souttar in my opinion) .
Tav, incredible numbers going forward and has improved a lot defensively but has loft that type of goal far too many times.

Silva must play for me. His best position is clearly no10. Cantwells best position too but when both in team Silva can play as false 9 as he's clever enough to do that but needs a Cantwell with him.

Silva better on left coming in. Not 10. Even better on right. He will replace missing wingers as will Sterling.
Dessers and Roofe thru middle. Wouldn’t be surprised if Roofe starts Thursday. Potentially Silva left and Dessers right, but suspect Sterling for defending abilities.
Not a Souttar fan but he’s stepped up big style recently but will always guarantee a mistake which almost always leads to a goal.
Our best ally right now is Celtic! They are as in big a mess as 55 run in.
If Brendan Rogers wasnt called Brendan he would have been sacked! His reign is God awful. He’s an imposter.
PC will bring the team back together over these next 2 games which let be honest we would all sacrifice for the league.

Bad goal from Tav perspective to lose at back post - but ALL defence are guilty of ball watching and just look at number of goals we lose from corners/ set pieces due to the same schoolboy marking - we have no leader and coordinator in defence - just Goldson flailing his arms about when we lose a goal and usually it is actually his fault - I always get the fear at set pieces due to these facts!

I have changed my mind on Tav defensively this season as he has been better always said he was great going forward but no matter what country he plays in he wouldn’t be near England team.

As you know storm, tav is one of my favourite players at ibrox and i rate him highly and always have done ?I've constantly stuck up for tav against a good few on here but i do agree with you in both instances mate ? Tav has improved a lot defensively this season and although i think tav is a very good attacking right back, i also don't think he'd get near the england team as they 've got super right backs in kyle walker, trent alexander arnold, kieran trippier etc ?.

SWS agree with u about England RB's, Walker 100%, Tripper reasonable, can be a greeting faced so n so, Arnold good at what he does, but gets smoke blown up his archie by comms doing games his team isn't even playing in, does my nut in, mentioned every couple of mins in one of the games last week.

Beale wd review after Sunday . I know will get slaughtered for this but can someone tell me what raskin offers? We have nothing up front and Alfie sitting in house watching sky . Beale shaky peg.

I know we are winning but Barisic and Tav now cannot make a challenge so need a change. We're so narrow and need more than sima and never thought i'd say it, but matondo might offer something as an out.

Sadly both fullbacks been a real liability tonight. Tavs positioning has been atrocious and Barisic, sorry to say, looks shot (both for pace and confidence) .
However we have a week to get a plan together to shore up the wings, PSV are not great at the back and we do have real pace. Onwards with a little faith!

I’m in the Sandy Jardine Rear and looking right down on the pitch this narrow forward line snd depending on our full backs to create width is leaving our full back way out of position you could see the space left behind them and PSV played balls into that areas all night, when we get the ball it was long balls up to our front players we need. width, saying that I thought we fought hard tonight ahead twice pity we just couldn’t hang onto our lead Matondo brought a bit of pace to the game defenders hate that Cantwell will sleep tonight he covered every bit of grass out there but coukd have seen red but we’re still in it but it’s going to be hard over there.

We have struggled for months up front and had enough time to identify options . A number 9 makes the difference in big games may only get one chance and dessers does not take them . Not saying to panic sign but have had the full window to get someone in . Silva definitely not an out and out number 9 . Not saying Shankland is the answer but need more options than dessers as cannot rely on Roofe etc.

I have been very critical recently of all squad but it’s difficult when lacking confidence and only thing was three points today which wd got . Tav not been great recently but once again two goals and if anyone deserves some credit he has got to get it . Cifuentes and raskin agree look to be over rated but young and need experience beside them better than they have now . Not sure cantwell raskin and Cifuentes can play in same team, too inexperienced. Up front unfortunately don’t think dessers will ever be a player . Not due to lack of effort just really poor . Michael Beale has defined tempo and how we play and will take time to change and also a few windows to get rid of Lammers dessers etc . Few wins under belt different outlook who knows as Celtic not great . Still in it and early in season . Still fancy us to win league with a new manager as long as he is in next week and working with the squad over break.

No matter what after today he has to go . He signed dessers etc and not one other than butland good enough. Dessers is shocking . Need board to be decisive and change . Season will be done early October if not . At least if he is moved on there us hope . All talk about yilmaz and Jack the two of them are not good enough . Average at best . Have allowed better plays to leave who at least threatened Wright did not get game last year this year we are looking for him to change game and without matondo we have no threat . Shows exactly what our new signings are capable of!

Need pace and if no matondo or sima ( who shd never start ) but not many options can see another laborious first twenty minutes and then scrape through a 1-0 . Need a different approach and hopefully Beale has got the message high pressing, move the ball quicker and back to basics . Cannot stand Beale and arrogance in interview did not help but need to get behind him as cannot take another sh*t season . Hopefully good result tomorrow and start again.
