Played well in long parts today and some really good performances. Barron, butland, Jefte, dessers, soutar but we need to be honest to win anything we need to beat Celtic. That's not happening with Tavernier in team.

Guys I really feel we are getting carried away again. It was the same after Ross County. Its only Dundee. We have not won a big game yet. Yesterday we could barely pass 5 yards, we gave the ball away and our defending was a mess at times.
I'm reading Souttar for captain, Jefte and Igamane will make us millions. Barron is Stuart McCall. Just to reiterate these are the same players that get battered off Celtic.
Positive win, step in the right
direction but let's calm down.

its funny that if you look for player ratings for the game then the press give Tav 7/ 10 and if you look at the fan blogs and sites he gets 5 out of 10. they can't both be right or watching different games. do fans over-highlight the mistakes he makes more than they do for others in the team. he does make mistakes but so does everyone.

Not getting carried away but it was a good confident win, one that we would expect a Rangers team to do but until we get some trust in this current team, not one we expected them to do so comfortably. I don`t get involved in this future captain, make us millions, new this one or that one crap but to say they struggled to put 5 yard passes together is nonsense. We don`t play Celtic every week so we need to beat whoever is in front of us and keeping doing that until we see where we are as a team come the next OF game. If we are going to greet every win with "yeah but they didn`t beat Celtic" its going to be a long couple of months.

How's it nonsense? Did you watch the game. Lost count the amount of times we gave the ball away with misplaced passes and silly flicks. We nearly lost two goals due to passing mistakes.

Kasanwirjo looked decent and although only got a few minutes I reckon he is an upgrade on Tav, problem is; unlikely Clements will drop his captain. Loyalty is not the important thing here, we simply must play the best players. Tav was caught out more than once again, time to drop.

Good first half with cerny and Barron for me standouts. But my god how bad were we second half. Tavernier, matondo, Wright, mccausland, souttar are not good enough players for a team that's trying to win the league. We looked like a team devoid of ideas of how to score. Clement needs financial support here or this will only end one way.

Tav has a great input, he takes every throw in, every corner, every free kick and every penalty. What would we do without him?

I also thought Cerny and Barron were standouts particularly Cerny, what a ball by the way. I actually thought Wright was decent, good movement and very unlucky not to score. I thought we moved the ball much quicker. I thought Dio was much better. Dessers again very wasteful, should have had a hattrick.
I bet he bust a few bets today. Dessers lack of composure and misses have cost us dearly and will cost us dearly again. Tav doing what Tav does and cost us a goal, had no interest in closing down that ball. Our defence gives me the fear, we must get rid of Tav and Souttar. Its a win and we move on but we do need to upgrade in a few positions badly.

Some poor performances and and some good imo. Dessers, Dio, Barron, Ridvan, prooper, Cerny pass marks. Tav, Souttar, Lawrence, Wright not a great watch. Thought subs were ok.
I would love Sima, Shankland another midfielder, RB and another CB. Need 5/ 6 to leave soon.

It needs the attack to do it's job bring in a striker and a replacement for wright. Takes the pressure off the rest of the team.

Great goal by cerny but my only concern was he passed up a couple easy chances to go down wing and get ball in on his right foot hope he doesn't get figured out to easily reminds me of weiss but on opposite side.
Let's see how he does when defenders start showing him down the wing

Undoubtedly for me young connor barron was my motm today ? What an engine this young midfielder has, he's everywhere ?He wins everything in the midfield, not afraid of a challenge, very rarely wastes a pass and always demands the ball ???I liked him everytime i saw him playing for the sheep and imo i see a future rangers captain in young barron ? he'll be a superb signing for us ???.

What did Souttar do wrong? The guys a bombscare, he lacks concentration and focus and is likely to all asleep at any moment and cost us. His wee flick with his head at the cross for the goal diverted it into Proppers path and so he could do nothing about it and in the second half he decided to leave a cross that floated past him to a Motherwell player, fortunately the much maligned Tavernier got back and won the ball back. He was a bit better than his horrendous display last week at Tynecastle but not much.

Could’ve had any striker in the world up front today and they would’ve struggled to score apart from his goal he had 1/ 2 half chances if you’d call them that I don’t think he should be a starter but no where near as bad as he’s made out to be.

Academy players Lowry, mccausland, McKinnon, king all not good enough. What is the academy actually producing.? Let's be honest first half we were outclassed, outfought and outworked. We are in a bad state going into the season. Dessers has three gilt edge chances misses them all Danilo looks laboured, matondo no use and mccausland is like a wee ten year out there. That was embarrassing.

Conner Barron was superb when he came on, diomande did well but we are playing man down with Dessers. He was awful as was Goldson . need a few in or it's another runner up season.

Have to agree he can't link up the play and continues to run offside. Barron was good but diomande can be a star for us as for goals we again are top easy to score against I thought central defence was poor and a winger is so important.

We simply cannot go forward with Tavernier in the team. Fed up watching him gift goals and not stop crosses. He's awful always has been.

Nisbet, shankland are not at level needed . we need to look at quality in front positions at parkhead and look to match it at least. Kyogo is miles ahead of both of them not to mention jota. We need to find quality at a reasonable price not an easy task.

No witch hunt look at recent old firm games for example and find one where he didn’t cost us a goal. He’s a liability and every team we play knows it. Biggest worry is manager doesn’t see it.

We won’t win the league, bottom line is they have better players than us where it matters up front. Kyogo And Maeda regularly put us to the sword. We persist with Tavernier v Maeda and it costs us in virtually every old firm game.

Very good tonight, some top performances from Barron, Benjrami, Diomonde, kassnwijro and 2 centre backs. Thought right hand side poor again. Tavernier was targeted second half for his lack of pace and Cerny is a worry. He looks a good player but when’s a performance coming? Mccausland much better on the night.

He jogs to the ball when Maeda sprints, on Sunday he doesn’t have a clue where Maeda is, he can’t defend and we will go nowhere with him now in our back four. Name the last decent performance he’s had. We need to move on and start by moving him out.

Tavernier also was at fault for first goal v them at ibrox in 3 all game. He’s a liability and needs to be dropped . Maeda rips him apart game after game.
